If there was an Acme Tools near me, that $100 discount off the Dewalt compact brushless drill and impact driver set would be enough to get me to trek out Friday morning. The other deals look good too, with the first one being an “as seen everywhere else too” drill kit deal.

I bought the air cleaner last year. I haven’t used it as much as expected, because I haven’t worked on as many projects as I wanted to, but so far so good.
I plan to look at my wishlist to see if now’s the right time to buy any Jet tools. Powermatic? I’m not ready for that yet. These 15% and 10% deals come around every so often.

I know some of you were hoping for a better deal on the new Skilsaw table saw, but $499 with a free circular saw seems to be the best deal right now and through the big Black Friday deal weekend. I have heard great things about the Stabila Level. I am a bit reluctant to order online because I know how they get treated by the shipping company.

That could be an issue – but with a smallish (4 foot) set it might not be too bad.

I have the R beam series, but the 24″ and 32″ shipped from Acme without a problem. The 48″ and 72″ shipped from Factory Authorized Outlet no problem. Stabila cases are great. Good padding, levels fit with space, I can carry all four levels in one case. Handle is sturdy and the shoulder strap is padded.

Both the Hitachi 18 gauge brad nailer and the 23 gauge pinner are superb deals. I’ve had the brad nailer for 7 years and still love using it. The pinner was on my watch list for the last few years, and I had a price alert set on it for $85.

I guess that you could add them to your cart and see if the discount works.
BTW – Wood Magazine recently tested parallel clamps and thought that the Bessey Revos were better than those from Jet. they also thought that those from Peachtree were the best value.
