Bosch 12V PS41 Impact Driver

Over at Amazon, they have a new discount where they take $15 off $75+ qualifying Bosch 12V Max cordless power tools. Right now, they have the PS41-2A Bosch cordless impact driver kit on sale for $79. After the instant discount at checkout, the price drops to $64.

The Bosch PS41 has grown a little long in the tooth. It’s not brushless, and it’s certainly not a fresh design. Still, it’s powerful enough for its size, fairly compact, and seems to be quite reliable. $64 for the kit? That seems to be a fantastic price.

During holiday seasons, you can often get the drill and impact driver kit for $99. This impact driver-only kit is a better buy for users who really only want the impact driver kit.

$64 for a 2 battery kit? That’s a steal. The 2.0Ah batteries cost ~$35 each, when purchased separately.

      I can’t tell if they’re 1.5Ah or 2.0Ah.

Dammit Bosch! How about some proper belt clips across the lineup?!

I got a small belt holster.
The new models seen in EU have a clip option.

It’s $79, not $64. Must just be for Hawaii.

I discovered and scored a far better deal on Bosch power tools at Lowe’s yesterday. The sale is still good until Jan. 29th, 2020. If you buy either the corded Bosch Bulldog keyless hammer drill, 8amp, 1-in. SDS Plus (Item #836487) for $129 (was $259), 5800BPMs or the battery Bulldog (item#1049878) for $199, (only 7amp, 5100 BPMs), you get a FREE compact 7.5amp, 11,000 no load rpm, 4 in. Grinder w/grinding wheel AND a FREE Bulldog CORE 18V, 33- fl oz. Dry Dust Collector (item #1120255). I paid only $138.03 for the whole shabang!!

This has to be the best deal from Bosch I’ve seen since before even Thanksgiving.

The free Dry Dust Collector automatically gets added to your cart when ordering online at Lowe’s.com. What a big surprise!! It is not mentioned under the corded Bosch hammer drill/grinder combo under item 836487. I thought I was just getting the drill & grinder for $127. But when I opened my cart, Voila!! There was the dust collector. I’ll try to post a picture & my receipt of everything in the forum section. Go for it guys!! Sale promo good until Jan. 29, 2020.

The grinder is 4.5 inches, not 4 as posted. It’s heavy & holds nice for small metal, concrete & wood surfaces. Big power is not always better. Good luck it’s still in store in stock. Enjoy the steal…

The hammer drill also comes with a hard Bosch case & the Dry Dust collector comes with a nice big soft case with heavy VSS zipper. Corded power is always best for serious drilling jobs. This drill kicks ass in Florida hard limestone in 5/8ths bit for rock splitters with good 4 point masonry drills. Easy job!

Long in the tooth but still fantastic. The 3 LED around the chuck illuminate the work area beautifully. Not sure the new brushless version has the same LED.

    Geez.

Bought another one – couldn’t resist. For the price of two batteries you get a free impact driver. Brings my Bosch 12v battery count to 6 – should be enough.

Now I have a Nextec 12v and two Bosch 12v impact drivers (along with 18v Ryobi impacts in ½ and ¼). Sigh…

It’s a steal, to be sure. But 900 inch-pounds can now be attained in a 12V right-angle impact driver:

Shucks, I waited too long on this. Still available at $80 elsewhere, but at that point it’s make more sense to get the $99 combo and use a $20 off.

excellent deal, will probably grab the combo next year around this time, hopefully they come out with a basic flashlight for a decent price at some point.
Woot had a deal on the Bosch PB120 12 volt radio for 40 bucks yesterday, bummed I missed out on that and couldnt pass along the deal here. Only knock on that radio is it seems like it doesnt have bluetooth.
Also noticed aliexpress has some interesting little usb adapters for milwaukee/bosch batteries that allow you to charge/power a phone.

You are correct that the radio does not have bluetooth. I passed on that deal because of it.

I have the Bosch FL12 light (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OKGAERO) and it is by far my favorite, cordless tool light I’ve used.

I think the CLPK22-120 (Drill and Impact Driver + Batteries + Case) is a better deal if you’re going to pay $99 for a single tool.

I’ve paid $84 on Amazon after subtracting the $15 coupon though today the price gone up to $118.99! Damn Amazon’s algo.

In my case, I already had the FlexiClick, so I figured I’d save $20 and not have two drills.
