Home Depot kicked off a huge one-day sales event today, featuring Black Friday deals on tools by Dewalt, Milwaukee, Ridgid, Ryobi, Husky, and more.
All of these tools look to be great buys, and some of these deals reflect the best prices of the season I’ve seen so far.
These deals are valid thru 3am ET 11/25/23, unless supplies sell out sooner.

Milwaukee M12 Cordless Screwdriver and Ratchet Kit 2401-21R – $99
This is always a great deal, featuring a Milwaukee cordless screwdriver with adjustable torque clutch, and a cordless ratchet for working with sockets and in tighter spaces.
Milwaukee Impact Socket and Screwdriver Bit Set with Packout Organizer – $139
Both of these are standalone deals right now, but by my math you save $20 compared to buying them separately.

While not the latest and greatest cordless power tool tech, this Dewalt 7-tool combo kit looks to offer a lot for the money.
Dewalt 12-inch Sliding Miter Saw with Stand – $459
The Dewalt DWS779 12″ sliding miter saw is a holiday season special buy at $399 right now, and the included DWX724 folding compact miter saw stand is $179 to $229 right now. $459 for both seems like a great value.
Ridgid XL Pro Gear 2 Modular Tool Box – $48.97
Need a deep tool box? This Ridgid Pro Gear 2.0 tool box is great either by itself or part of a modular system.
Husky Pro Tool Cabinet in Black with Free Hutch or Attachment Offer – $1747
This deal looks unbelievable – you get the Husky 72″ Professional Duty 20-drawer mobile workbench cabinet for 50% off AND a free top hutch or other attachment.
It seems like the deal should give you the discount or the attachment, but both? Wow.
Milwaukee M18 Impact Wrench with M12 Cordless Ratchet Kit – $199
This cordless automotive tool kit is a popular deal bundle just about every year.
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Sawzall Reciprocating Saw with Impact Wrench and High Output Batteries – $359
Tough choice – do you go for the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Sawzall with the impact wrench or the Rocket tower light? With either, you get enough batteries to power both, just be sure to source your own charger.
Ryobi 18V HP Brushless 8-Tool Cordless Power Tool Combo Kit – $499
Ryobi has done great things with their 18V HP cordless power tool line. I searched for other Ryobi HP brushless tool kits that offered a better price or greater value, but just couldn’t find one.
Ridgid 18V 10-Tool Cordless Power Tool Combo Kit – $399
This Ridgid 10-tool kit gives you a lot of tools and capabilities for the money, and I like that it comes with 3 batteries,
Dewalt 20V Max Atomic Cordless Drill Kit with Oscillating Multi-Tool – $119
This kit features Dewalt’s latest Atomic series brushless drill/driver, a 2Ah battery, charger, and Atomic series brushless oscillating multi-tool. The drill kit is a $99 special for Black Friday right now, so you’re essentially getting the oscillating tool for just $20 more.
Ryobi 18V Cordless String Trimmer and Blower Combo Kit – $159
$159 for a 2-tool cordless outdoor power tool combo kit seems pretty good. It comes with a 4Ah battery and charger.
Jackery Electric Battery Generator with Solar Panels
There are a bunch of different Jackery portable battery power banks and solar charges included in today’s sale.
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Brushless Quik-Lok String Trimmer with Blower and Hedge Trimmer Kit – $429
There are two Milwaukee cordless outdoor power tool combo kits included in today’s sale, plus a blower 2-pack. I think this particular combo kit is most compelling.
It comes with the M18 Fuel power handle, string trimmer attachment, hedge trimmer attachment, M18 Fuel cordless blower, a High Output 8Ah battery, and Rapid charger.
In addition to attachments saving a bit of money over separate tools, the hedge trimmer included here gives the user a bit more reach than for a standalone tool, plus it has an articulating head too.

Man, these are some great deals, but unfortunately nothing I actually need or can justify the expense right now. But that 52 inch Husky tool chest for $717 is tempting, since u am looking for tool storage. But I only have $500 in ProXtra points left.

Yeah, actually I’m not sure about the rack, but I figure I can always cut it down. $37 for the six-tier is hard to beat! I was planning to knock something together with 2x4s, but this will be faster and more space efficient.

I’m using 2 of their P7-IL push clamps. Their dog hole post adjusts to fit both 3/4 and 20mm dog holes – and at $30 each it sure beats the $43.44 each (with tax) that I paid for mine. Made in China but the feel nice and work well.
