Home Depot is running another tool deals of the day sales event today, and many of their offerings are beating their best Black Friday and holiday tool deals.
Today’s deals focus on tools from Dewalt and Milwaukee, and there are also discounts on Ridgid, Ryobi, Husky, Bosch, and a couple of other brands.
Here’s a look at many of the deals that caught my attention. There’s more, so be sure to scroll through the full list of deals if you have the chance.

The deals end at 3am ET 11/3/23 unless supplies sell out sooner.
Update: The deals of the day have ended, but there are plenty of HOT HOLIDAY TOOL DEALS right now:
Milwaukee M18 Fuel 2-Tool Combo + Free Router

You can buy the 2-pc Milwaukee M18 Fuel cordless power tool combo kit right now, and select a free tool for $399. But if you want the router specifically, today’s deal will save you an additional $40.
This is why I said these deals will beat Home Depot’s Black Friday promos. $399 is a great price for what you’re getting, $359 is better.
Dewalt 20V Max DCF850 Impact Driver with PowerStack Starter Kit

This is the perfect pairing – an excellent 3-speed brushless impact driver, plus Dewalt’s compact and lightweight pouch cell battery.
Bosch 12″ Axial Glide Miter Saw with Gravity Rise Stand

This excellent and space-saving Bosch 12″ axial glide dual bevel miter saw is discounted at several online retailers right now, to $599. With Home Depot’s deal of the day, you get an added rolling stand at no additional cost.
Update: Amazon dropped the price to $449 for just the saw, but sold out. Acme Tools still has it at the same price with coupon.
Dewalt DWS715 12″ Miter Saw with DWX724 Portable Stand

Looking to spend a little less? This bundle featured the Dewalt DWS715, which is $229 at Amazon right now by itself. The portable miter saw stand is also $229 at Amazon right now, as well as at other retailers.
With this deal, you get both for $279, plus free shipping.
Milwaukee Square Set and FastBack Uitlity Knife Set

This deal gives you a Milwaukee 2pc rafter and trim square set, plus a 2pc Fastback utility knife set.
Home Depot has the same square set on sale for $20 right now, and a different Fastback set also for $20. This deal of the day saves you $10 – if you’re okay with not getting the Fastback with a built-in fold-out screwdriver.
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Packout Cordless Vacuum + AirTip Accessory Set

The Packout cordless vacuum is already a great buy right now at $179. With this deal, you get a bonus set of incredibly useful flexible narrow hose-style nozzles AND an extra $10 in your pocket.
If I didn’t already still have my test sample – yes I kept it, it’s been awesome! – I’d buy this without hesitation.
Milwaukee 28pc Bi-Metal Hole Saw Set + FREE Hat

I’m a fan of Milwaukee Hole Dozer hole saws, and bought a similar set a few years ago. I just wish I had the new style of case that this comes with.
The 28pc set is a $149 special buy at retailers now. I feel that’s a good price, but $125 is certainly better!
Milwaukee Packout Case with 100pc Bit Set and 23pc Drill Bit Set

This bundle gives you the Milwaukee 100pc Shockwave bit set and Packout organizer kit, which is always a great buy and has a great selection of power bits, and a 23pc drill bit set.
The 100pc set is usually a $50 promo ($60 right now), and the 23pc drill bit set is currently a $30 promo.
So, it would cost you $90 to get the same two sets right now, or $80 at their best promo prices. $70 is a good price if you want both.
Dewalt DW735X Benchtop Planer with DW7350 Rolling Stand

Some years the Dewalt planer kit (DW735X), with extra cutting blades and extension tables, is a Black Friday special buy. Other years, the planer goes on sale with its matching rolling stand.
Last year’s Black Friday sale featured the same bundle for $649. It’s uncertain what we might see in 3 weeks, but I can tell you that the current deal of the day price beats last year’s best price.
Dewalt DWE7485 Portable Jobsite Table Saw with DW7440 Rolling Stand

This bundle gives you the Dewalt DWE7485 portable 8-1/4″ table saw, with 24.5″ max rip capacity and rack and pinion style adjustable fence, and the DW7440 rolling table saw stand.
If you just want the Dewalt jobsite table saw, it’s currently $299 at Amazon.
Here are some more than especially caught my attention:
Milwaukee M12 Rocket LED Light + HO 2.5Ah Battery – $149
Milwaukee 20″ Packout Tool Bag + Tape Measure – $109
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Brad Nailer Kit + Finish Nailer – $592
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Sawzall + Circular Saw + 2x HO Batteries – $369
Milwaukee 30pc (15pc x 2) Shockwave Drill Bit Set – $31.97 (vs $19.97 each)
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Brad Nailer + Safety Glasses – $254
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Brad Nailer – $249 (Holiday Deal)
Dewalt 20V Max Brushless Barrel-Grip Jig Saw + 2x 5Ah Batteries – $199*

The barrel grip jig saw deal is good because that tool isn’t included as an option for Home Depot’s “free select Dewalt power tool” offers.
There are a couple of other tool deals of the day where you get a brushless Dewalt power tool plus 2x 5Ah batteries for $199, but I’d look closer at the starter kit plus free bonus tool deal instead.
With the holiday deal, you get a 4Ah battery, 6Ah battery, charger, and tool bag, plus the same reciprocating saw or D-handle jig saw, or brushless circular saw.
Dewalt 20V Max Brushless Oscillating Multi-Tool + PowerStack Starter Kit – $149
Milwaukee M12 Fuel Stubby 3/8″ Impact Wrench Kit + Bonus Battery – $299
Milwaukee M12 Fuel SURGE Impact Driver + HO Battery – $129
Milwaukee 30pc Wrench Set with Storage Trays – $179
Milwaukee 13pc Hand Tool Set – $84.97
Deals end at 3am ET 11/3/23 unless supplies sell out sooner.
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Dual Battery Blower with 2 Batteries and Rotary Hammer

Home Depot has a bunch of special buy bundles for their M18 Fuel dual battery blower right now. This bundle gives you the blower, 2x High Output 6Ah batteries, and a 1″ SDS-Plus rotary hammer for just $419.
M18 Fuel Cordless Dual Battery Blower – $299 by itself
M18 Fuel SDS-Plus Rotary Hammer – $199 by itself
M18 HO 6Ah Battery – $179 for one, $279 for two
Right now, this bundle is $489, which seems like a great deal for what you get, considering the blower sells for $299 and the rotary hammer for $199.
With today’s deal, you get everything for even less – $419. If you need both, or even just thinking about it, take a closer look.
I missed this one – Thank you Doug for the heads-up!
Also Consider: Milwaukee M18 HO 6Ah and 8Ah Batteries + FREE Tool for $299. You cannot get the dual battery blower with that promo, but they do have the single battery M18 Fuel blower as an available choice.

I have that 28-pc Hole Dozer hole saw set. It’s a great set, you get plenty of extra drills and arbors, the saws are good quality and work well in wood and metal, but the case is not as good as you might think. The problem is those black plastic pegs are supposed to lock into the bottom of the box to secure the saws. There is a lot of weight on the pegs, this is not a light kit, but the method by which the pegs lock into the box is extremely flimsy. You might as well throw the pegs away and just treat it like a simple open container.
Kyle
I had this sane kit, until it was stolen earlier this summer and I 100% agree
MoogleMan3
I have that same set in the previous case and the pegs are just as bad. They break off way too easily.
Stuart
That was my problem with the older style case.
Joellikestools
That DeWalt deal with thqt came with the tough system roller looked pretty darn good. The surge for 130 is also really nice for people like me that wanted to upgrade withouth buying the two tool combo.
Joellikestools
Sorry for the typos. Hard to type with the kiddos losing it.
Joellikestools
The porter cable compressor combo is pretty good at 177. 10 years ago that was 149, but I cant remember it dropping below 200 anytime recently
Wayne R.
Lock up all that Halloween sucrose.
Mike
Can you talk me out of that Bosch miter deal? Work out of half our garage. Have table saw with good sled, track saw, circ saw, and 10” non-sliding miter. I don’t NEED it for any current projects, just might make them a little easier. Especially being able to just wheel saw out of garage.
So far, my best “con” is: Feeling like between this and Amazon’s illusory sale on it today (available but doesn’t ship anywhere near me), is this pricing a sign that Bosch is finally releasing an updated version soon? Like how they really dropped prices on 18V before profactor.
Stuart
I think it’s a really good deal, and would be hard pressed to talk you out of it, unless you absolutely don’t need or want the stand, but it sounds like you can use it.
I haven’t seen or heard about any updates.
Amazon’s price was $599 an hour ago, and is now $449 with 5 in stock.
It’s like the world is saying “buy me, buy me.”
Oh – I see why; Acme has it for $599 with $150 discount. I would have thought the already-discounted miter saw would excluded from additional promo prices.
Both deals look to be fantastic to me. I’d say go for it.
Here’s the next question. If you pass on this deal, how likely are you to be able to get the same deal again within the next month?
It’s $449 for the saw right now, or $599 for the bundle. It was $524 for Prime Day 2023, and $549 for Black Friday 2022.
Mike
Thank you. I pulled the trigger on Home Depot deal.
I figured asking would work either way: if you did talk me out of it, I’d feel okay. If you didn’t, I’d end up not questioning the call. Appreciate the help.
Stuart
I can talk anyone out of this deal at higher pricing, but $449 or $599 for the combo? That’d be very difficult unless the cost is too far beyond one’s budget.
Pastor Dan
I gotta save up to get my motor scooter into the shop. That 101½ MPG is nothing compared with the ultra low consumption while it has to be pushed! Otherwise I’d be jumping on this deal like fleas on a collie.
Ray
I have that miter saw and love it. Paid a good bit more for it, too. Get it! Get it!
It takes up less space than my old miter saw, is more precise, and outputs far less sawdust. Even with its native good dust collection, it can be improved even more with this $50 custom attachment from ShopNation. It works extraordinarily well. https://shopnationstore.com/products/bosch-12-gcm12sd-sliding-miter-saw-dust-collection

I’ve had mine for over 12 years now. We had bought some early on for our remodeling business and learned about how heavy they were. Some of the early ones were subject to shipping damage (so-so packaging for a very heavy tool) – so if you can pick it up at a local HD it might be a good thing.
For me – now being an old codger rolling it up into the back of a truck is an effort. That being said – weight is my only complaint about it. The glide mechanism on mine has held up well – no hint of wobble. Fences were coplanar out of the box and have remained so. The table was acceptably flat and fences dead on 90degrees to the table. The stock blade was acceptable – but I replaced it with a Forrest Mitermaster for trim work.
Bosch does seem to have taken a few economies making a few minor things options:
Hold Downs: Bosch # 1 609 B02 315 – used to come with 2
Flip Stop : Bosch # 1 600 Z00 01V – now an option
Anyway – I’d buy it again

Thank you!

Oh man Fred, you got me seriously considering splurging on this saw…
I wasn’t planning on upgrading my $99 hitachi c10fce2, but for $449…
Weight isn’t an issue for me; this would be a shop saw.
Robert
That Bosch miter saw and stand is an awesome deal. That’s about what you would pay for the saw alone. The TB4 stand usually goes for $300 to $400, and is one of the very best rolling stands out there. I use it with a different heavy miter saw. And the stand is what lets me use the miter saw. I don’t have a dedicated shop space where I can leave the miter saw set up. Has to fold up and be wheeled out for use. No strain on my back with the very well balanced so called “gravity assist” deployment.
John804
Home Depot also has a deal of the day for the 20v barrel grip jigsaw and two 5ah batteries for $199. The cheapest I’ve ever seen (not a definitive measure) is $149, making that a pretty fantastic deal.
Brad
Of course they would. I bought it last year with one little 2ah battery for the same price from Ohio Tools. It’s a good jigsaw and with two 5ah it would be a great deal.
I’ll probably have to buy the x3 5ah batteries for $199 now (just pulled the trigger on the v20 XR planer and biscuit joiner) as that seems to be the best Dewalt battery deal going.
Joe E.
I did pick up that Milwaukee square set for $19.99 and have already used them. For those who care, they are 100% made in the USA. I see these flying off the shelf quickly this holiday season!
MM
I bought a set too, they’re nice squares for a very good price. I also like the red color, they are easy to see in the workshop.
Troy H.
Right at this moment there is a deal for a Dewalt barrel grip jig saw with 2 5ah batteries for $199.99 at Home Depot.
I don’t recall seeing the barrel grip included in a sale like this before. Its only for 13 more hours though.
Stuart
Yes – it’s one of the text-only links.
The barrel grip is sometimes included in promos, but not this season.
https://14cyiuhvcgv.com/dewalt-brushless-barrel-grip-jig-saw-powerstack-battery-purchase/%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E
$199 for the jig saw and any battery or starter kit combination is a good deal.
Pastor Dan
My Bosch barrel grip (hmmm….
JS572?) won’t need replaced until I have to do something farther away than my 100-foot extension cord will get me. If that happens I might see if I can borrow one with batteries.
Chad Wright
I ordered the 28 piece hole dozer w/free hat yesterday for $125. Got an email today that it was cancelled due to “…problem with product availability…“, but the product is still available at $149 today. Not Happy!
Stuart
That sucks – I’m sorry to hear that.
I ordered Milwaukee step bits with a recent deal and they were backordered for 2 weeks but they eventually arrived.
Chad Wright
Went back and read my post. I hope it didnt sound like I was unhappy with you/Tooguyd, but Home Depot. I really meant it as more of an FYI for others. I did just talk with HD, and the person I spoke with was unable to find the 28 piece set online???? She did place another order, and price matched yesterday’s price, but wasn’t optimistic that this order would not also be cancelled. TBD.
Stuart
Not at all, and I appreciate that you provided an update!
I just meant to say this is uncharacteristic for them. It sounds like a glitch, rather than something they tend to do.
Deals of the day do tend to have hard limits. The step bits I ordered shouldn’t have been available again (I bought them after the deal sold out but reappeared). That’s a deviation from the norm, and they fulfilled it without any difficulty, just some waiting.
Something different must have gone wrong with your order.
I hope they can resolve it for you without too much hassle.
I’m looking at the product page now, and there’s something wrong with it. There’s an error: “We had some trouble loading your options. Select any option to get started.”
It looks like it expects for the customer to manually or automatically select “28pc” but there’s no option for that. It looks like some kind of programming error with the product listing.
John Amato
Planer and stand is selling for $909 today.
Stuart
The deals of the day ended on 11/2.
The planer is always on my Black Friday radar – I’ll keep looking for and reporting on more deals on it.
Craig
I wish I had pulled the trigger on the planer. Not sure it will get back to that price.
Stuart
The planer with shelves and spare blades is $599. A better deal might come back on Black Friday or Cyber Monday, or the bundle with stand could return.
