You will not be disappointed in either tool. Replaced 900 sf of decking using that Surge. Total pleasure compared to my full size tools and easy on the ears. I have used the soldering iron for several projects. Love it.

Not related to anything here but can’t hurt to ask. Saw something “new” at Lowes when looking for that Bosch 18v stapler. Bosch brought a jobsite blower over to the US apparently? https://www.lowes.com/pd/Bosch-18-Volt-Jobsite-Blower-Battery-Not-Included/1000792212
It’s only $79 right now and looks like it would be good for light cleanup duties. No charger or batteries but I’ve got plenty of those. Has anyone here used it? I understand it’s not a leaf blower, not expecting 350+ CFM out of it.

I purchased on for my wife to use on a deck and an exterior entryway some time ago. She’s loves it. Not too noisy either.
