That’s a really good price, especially if you can get free shipping.
Even the grey, green, and red tool boxes are $12.98 – it looks like EVERY color is discounted right now, except for the new camo options.
I bought some of the boxes at full price earlier this month, to avoid Black Friday crowds and shortages in the colors I wanted. Of course I ordered a couple more now that they’re on sale. These make for great gifts, especially when filled with a couple of essential tools.
If you want blue, purple, pink, hot pink, or white, snag them for $12.98 while you can. There should be ample inventory, but I’m sure someone at Lowe’s said that last year too.
There’s plenty of stock of the grey, green, and red online-only colors as well.

I just ordered 2 but didn’t get the double discount. Still, $12.98 is a good deal.

Looks like they nixed that offer on the online-only colors some time between 2am and 6am on Thanksgiving Day. Bummer, I didn’t think it was a mistake. Hopefully some early birds (or night owls) were able to get in on it.
Still, these are a decent buy for $20, $13 is a lot better, and it’s great that this year one doesn’t have to scour stores across the region to get it.
Last year I was flooded with “where can I find this?!” questions and DMs on social media . I think Lowe’s did a great job of meeting and hopefully exceeding demand this year.

Yes, they are pretty cool. All the 3 drawer models were sold out of every color. When they come back in stock I’ll get a couple since it looks like the 2 drawer model is meant to stack on top if it. Happy Thanksgiving

Me too, mine came the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Didn’t even have to go to the store. These are great for storing all my loose tools. and odds and ends. A real bargain at 13 $….

I went to HF earlier this month. Supplies were depleted so much they pulled the rest of the inventory for Black Friday. With their sale open for a few days now, I doubt anything is left.

I went Monday at around 1230 and they said they’d been sold out since 10am. Apparently they actually had quite a large stock, but all morning was just a cavalcade of people coming in to grab them.
Given the look on the managers face, I think people had been coming in and asking him for these boxes about every 3 minutes. He definitely looked like he was tired of giving the same answer over and over.
