Black Friday 2019 has come early for anyone looking to buy a Milwaukee Packout tool box combo set.
Over at Acme Tools, they have a Packout combo set on sale for $200, plus $30 special handling charge (presumably to offset shipping fees) $199 with free shipping!

This Milwaukee Packout tool box promo comes with a rolling tool box, large tool box with top and front handles, and a foam insert tool box that can be fitted to protect cordless power tools, hand tools, or other tools and equipment.
What sets this Acme Tools bundle apart from the deal at home centers and some other online dealers is that its small tool box has a foam insert, and the other typical promotional combo just has the empty small tool box.
If that foam insert box is worth it to you, and you don’t think you’ll be able to snag a promo stack locally (they have historically sold out fast at a lot of store locations), this promo might be a great buy.
Price: $200 plus $30 special handling due to the size and weight
Price: $199 with free shipping
Update (11/20/19): Acme Tools removed the $30 shipping fees.

The more “standard” Packout tool box 3-piece tool box combo is also on sale for $199.
Which Packout combo bundle to choose?
Well, that depends – do you want your small tool box to have a customizable foam insert, or not? The “standard” Packout tool box has a slightly smaller internal volume, giving up the space for the standard Packout roll-cage-like pull handles. So the choice is between a little extra impact protection (I guess?) and pull handles (or at least that’s what I use them for most), or a foam insert that can be cut and customized to fit your tools.
Update: Now that we’ve seen just how many “standard” combos are available at local Home Depot stores, there’s little chance of them selling out before you can buy one locally, if that’s what you want to do.

Tool Nut Has it Too – Correction: Tool Nut Had it Too
I checked Tool Nut to see what their pricing might be, and they are offering this Packout tool box combo AND the more traditional Packout combo, also at $200 each. And they also aren’t charging any special shipping or freight fees.
Update (11/20/19): Tool Nut’s product listings are currently down.

Good morning, FYI over at internationaltool.com they are offering the basic kit Milwaukee Packout for $199. However, they are throwing in a Milwaukee hoodie and taking an additional $20 off. So, if your ok with no foam it or the tool box kit, for $179 (free shipping over $149) that is another option. Cheers!
Enrique
Sorry, here is the link. One must add to cart to see savings and hoodie.

My local plumbing supply house has promo by set for 199 get the packout hole saw set free
Will
Thats a great deal. Which city?
Thom
That is a good deal. I just wish the Packout system had pull out draws like the tstak/versastack system does.
Diplomatic Immunity
Still holding out for the black packout configuration to come out in the US.

I may get a few extra pieces this year, but if you already have a setup, the whole stack combo deals are moot, unless you need / want a second one.
Now if the prices were akin Ridgid boxes and baskets … on BF, with a slight upcharge for the interlocking system … and open baskets were cheap too …
Or if they had a black version …
That would be very dangerous spend wise …

I’m certain Home Depot is going to drop the price on their packouts or throw in something if you buy it at $199.

Northern Tool has the same set for $199. with the foam inserts and an online cupon for $10 off a $100 purchase.

I got a flyer in the mail yesterday that had a $20 off $100 coupon and a free Milwaukee clamp if you buy in store next Friday.

Thanks! I looked at the Northern Tool deal, and there are 2 reasons why I can’t add it to the post.
1) There’s no Northern Tool anywhere near me, and it’s more regional than say Home Depot. (I like to vet in-store pickup before encouraging it.)
2) Shipping fees for online orders kill the coupon and gift card promo for anyone who can’t do in-store pickup.
Shipping is $32, or there’s an offer for their Advantage Membership and free standard shipping for 1 year for $40.
This would match Acme’s original deal, but with no shipping fees, that’s the better buy if you can’t do in-store purchase or pickup.

They are mostly a southeast/Midwest store. They are all over North Carolina. They used to only carry cheap offshore tools, like Harbor Freight, but over the past few years they started carrying a lot of other name brands.

Toolnut has the individual pieces marked down to match the price, just not the whole stack as one item. Not sure why that is.

$197 at Blaine’s Farm and Fleet in store if you have one near by.

Farm and Fleet always has great deals across the board that wipe the floor with the big box stores. I have been shopping there for decades!
Great Place!
