I like its small footprint. I use it as a cleanup vac and connected to some power tools when I don’t want to dig out a dust extractor. I’ve had a review sample for a while, no complaints. I like that the backpack straps are removable. It’s quieter than other vacs, and its 2 speed settings help to extend runtime.

Thanks. Purchased 1 Vac kit through the link. Have an 18V charger from the hedge trimmer kit, its excellent but Heavy and works great so far, and is my first Milwaukee. Vac is second tool. Always wanted once since they put it in their lineup. Hope it sucks.
I have high ceilings so Vac will work very well on the ladder. Big project will be cleaning the sub-basemen 3′ clearance. Dust gets into the furnace so de-dusting the space will be a lifesaver. I figure 15-20 hours but need a full face mask/filter to begin.

Actually a few vendors have had that M18 chainsaw and blower deal at $449 for about a month or so. HD, Acme, CPO, etc.. Decent deal though, basically get a free blower when you buy the saw.

I love that blower. Had it maybe two years? It’s been the best “yard” and parking lot blower I’ve used*. And with 12 Ah batteries (of course) it’s very well balanced.
We can’t use gas in our applications. And don’t want to.

Beware of Toolnut promising this deal. They’re usually a solid company to do business with but earlier this year they strung me along for six weeks before telling me the blower was out of production and it would be several months before they could deliver. I went to another dealer and was able to get the same package in less than one week.

That there dust extractor worth it for kinda general use or is it really for silica only?

It launched when the silica rules went into effect, and that remains a marketing emphasis, but I can’t come up with a reason why it wouldn’t be well-suited for general use.
