Striker’s Tough Skin palm protectors are thin neoprene liners that wrap around your palms to protect against blisters and other friction-born injuries. The Tough Skin liners slip on around your wrists and fingers and act as a barrier between your hands and whatever it is you’re gripping.

Striker says that these can be used for yard work, shoveling, raking, rowing, water skiing, biking, weight lifting, and everything in between. There are two sizes available – small/medium and large/extra-large, and the retail price is $8-10.

If you’re looking to buy a pair, note that the Risk Racing-branded palm protectors look identical to the Striker-labeled ones and are currently a little cheaper via Amazon.
From the looks of it, one might be able to throw together a DIY version of these liners with thin neoprene (or a thin mousepad), a sharp pair of scissors, and a fabric hole punch.

Nice product, but looking at the second image, I certainly wouldn’t buy these.

Pretty sure that’s what calluses are for. Turned wrenches (literally) 10 hours a day for two years and then went to work finishing concrete for another 8 years. Blisters were something I never experienced.
