Home Depot Deals of the Day – Featuring Milwaukee, Ridgid, Ryobi cordless power tools. Some of these bundles look decent, and there’s plenty more beyond what’s shown in this screenshot.
Sadly, there’s a Milwaukee M18 Fuel bundle with cordless jig saw kit and hammer drill for $129, a phenomenal deal, but it already sold out. The jig saw kit is $249 and up by itself. Still, there are plenty of other deals still available.
HD’s deals of the day end at 3am ET 9/13/22 unless supplies sell out sooner.

Amazon also has promotional pricing on the Greenworks 24V Max cordless drill and impact driver combo kit. If you’ve got family or “friends” you are somehow obligated to gift cordless power tools to, the drill in this kit has about the lowest specs of any modern cordless drill.

It’s a 24V Max brushless drill that a whoppingly low 310 in-lbs of max torque, and with 0-380/0-1450 RPM speed ranges.
Their impact seems reasonably spec’ed.

Toolnut also has a new M18 packout charger which I haven’t seen before (pre-order): https://www.toolnut.com/milwaukee-48-59-1809-m18-trade-packout-trade-six-bay-rapid-charger.html

That’s a CRAZY good deal for the 90 degree M12 die grinder. Those used to be $150….two years ago. Lately they have been marked up a lot higher. To get the tool plus a batt for $150 is the best deal I’ve seen on those in a very long time.
Gregg
Damn. I missed on that Milwaukee jigsaw hammer drill combo that HomeDepot had.
Stuart
I did too. It must have sold out quick – $129 for all that is a “I don’t really need it but can’t pass up the bargain!!” type of price.
TomD
$129 almost feels like a misprice – I’m certain I’ve seen HD do similar things before but perhaps they just really wanted to clearance it out. I got 2717-20 for $288 once and it wasn’t marked as a special deal or anything, so I suspect they mispriced somehow.

I pay pretty close attention to the SBotD deals. This one did seem exceptionally good. I think a more typical deal price for this would be in the range of $199.
A few years ago when we had a newborn I would check the deals at 3-4 am PST, so right when they refresh. Sometimes things would be sold out pretty much immediately. So they either had absurdly low stock, people / bots would snag them, or HD was up to some shenanigans.
MFC
Kinda ruins you for “okay” deals when you see those kinds of prices. Makes you realize how much tools are actually marked up.

I have been tool deal-hunting for a very long time now. I’ve been doing it for so long that I once asked an independent tool dealer if they can share their Black Friday deals ahead of time, and they told me they had nothing planned. Can you imagine any retailer saying that today?
“I cannot pass this up!!” deals are very rare.
In this case, it might have been a mistake. I checked around, and that jig saw bundle seems to have been sold out from the start.

Fellow Midwesterners can get the new DeWalt 1/2″ Atomic ratchet for $99 at Farm & Fleet (out of stock for shipping). It’s also eligible for DeWalt’s official “Free 4Ah Battery with $300 Purchase” mail in rebate.

That’s the second time I’ve seen a killer deal like that from Farm & Fleet. The last time was the 20V Max flathead grinder combo kits being cleared for an insanely low price. Alas they wouldn’t ship and I’m nowhere near a F&F.
TomD
I’m over an hour away but that kind of deal has appeared before and been darn tempting. Fleet Farm also sometimes has pretty good deals that stack and they’re closer (and sometimes ship).

I bought that flat head kit after you posted about it, it was indeed a killer deal. They have some sneaky sales, and their clearance prices are outstanding. A few weeks ago I picked up the Milwaukee 7pc Hole Hawg carbide hole saw set for around $30 when it was on clearance for $34.98 and it happened to be during their rewards member 10% sale.
They also currently have the DeWalt 10Ah batteries on sale for $129, and it is available to ship:

Snagged the Ryobi die grinder. Been watching it just about daily for a couple months. Finally went on sale and saved $50.
The M18 metal cutting saw plus impact wrench for $209 was also one of the better deals. Had me wondering if I needed those… thankfully (for me) it sold out before I could convince myself!

The best deal in the lineup today is the m12 ratchet and two 6.0 batteries and charger for $189. Those non-fuel ratchets will sell on FB Mkp easily for $95-120 yielding you a couple 6.0 batts for possibly well under $100

Does anyone have experience with the Milwaukee annular cutter set? How do they compare with Rota-broach or Holcutters, and other similar brands?
