One lucky winner will get new Dewalt corded and cordless oscillating multi-tools! I gave away my test units a while back, and am not sure where these duplicates came from. They look like they’ve never been used!
I should update my “best cordless oscillating multi-tool” guide, as it came out 4 years ago. But, based on my past and current experiences, this 20V Max brushless oscillating multi-tool is still one of the best. It’s ergonomic and a decent performer.

The only downside is that the tool-free blade change mechanism changes to a hex-bolt design if you want to use non-slotted oscillating tool blades or accessories. But, on the bright side, at least it’s a universal design. Dewalt could have limited it to their own blades, and similar slotted one, but they didn’t.
Sorry, you only get one accessory box. They’re bulky and the second one won’t fit in the shipping box. But, I did cram the other accessories in there, except for the sanding pads, which the winner will still get.
Accessories are readily available via Amazon, and it actually looks like Dewalt has been expanding the lineup with new styles. It’s a good time to own these tools.
The winner will also get a small Dewalt level, EZ Lock pliers that I bought (from Harry Epstein Co?) but never reviewed because I don’t like them much, and 2 Craftsman mini pliers.
Notes:
Some of the tools have been in deep storage. The rubbery grip material has bloomed and needs a good cleaning.

Batteries and charger are NOT included.
By entering the giveaway, you acknowledge that the tools will be provided as-is, and with any risks or safe-use responsibilities falling to the winner.
Since most tools are designed to be bumped around inside a tool bag, packaging will be a little sparse, so as to pack as much as possible into shipping boxes.

I’ve got one of those incredibly crappy Harbor Freight oscillating tools. The thing just about shakes my hands apart every time I use it, which is infrequently because it’s so irritating to use.
I’d love a better designed alternative.

Scott J in Boston
I dream of cutting square holes out of plaster-and-lath without loosening the lath.
Neil
Do not currently have a multi tool. These giveaways are very cool!
michaelhammer
I love this multitool. It’s noisier than the fein, but it has the easiest and fastest blade change on the market. Because I use a work trailer, I often duplicate tools for home use. Would love to have this for projects around the house.
Mystichrome

Andrew
A multi-tool would be a good addition to my collection.

It would be great to have another oscillating tool on the trailer, and this is the best one out there for cordless and corded for all we have put ours through. It would be great to have another one for another guy on the crew to have on him at all times to do everything with. We break out the fein corded from time to time, but we love the Dewalt version so much better!
Craig T.
These would be perfect for my current project.

This would be an amazing upgrade from my crappy harbor freight multitool, I have had that thing for a year and it’s about to fall apart.
Derek 1005
Would use the OMT for various tasks on volunteer projects to help my local community…the cordless OMT would compliment my o 20V set…mighty nice of ya to hook us up!
O'Shaughnessy
I’d give one of these away and keep the other, then split the sanding pads between us. I’ve wanted an OMT for years now, and the DeWalt 20V one gets great reviews. They just sound so -useful- for random house projects.
Cory Graves
I have been eyeing up a multi tool for awhile, would really help at work and home.
Tom H
Every time I need to use an oscillating tool (usually in a quick pinch) I end up borrowing my father-in-law’s harbor freight model, and then I tell myself I need to buy a decent one ASAP.
This set will allow me to share one with him as a thank-you, and prepare me for the next odd job as well. Win-win!
Jeff Montanari
I have so many little projects around the house that I could use this on, just haven’t been able to pick one up yet.

This site has been such a huge help over the years. Thank you!
Chris
Would be great for a new project I’m about to start expanding our boiler room into part of the garage.
Henry H.
I’d love to have one of these for the “odd” jobs around the farm, or for those hard to reach places. Seems there’s things that can only be done with an oscillating multi-tool (or it at least does the job of many niche tools in one device).
Thanks for the giveaway!
Dave M.
Great for floor repair work. Water damaged floors from frozen pipes are no good. A lot of that type of damage to deal with due to the recent coldsnap along the east coast.
Doug
Would love to replace my cheapie masterforce oscillating tool. Also, looking to get some dewalt 20volt tools anyway, so this would be a good complement. Thanks, Stuart!
Brian Jones
I bleed black and yellow. I have 20v tools, so I have plenty of batteries. Thanks Stuart
Nathan S
What didn’t you like about the EZ Lock pliers? They look like vise grip clones. Anything special about them? I wouldn’t mind trying them out.
I actually have a Craftsman oscillating tool from 5 or so years ago that I like quite a bit: very useful tool, but I’d probably keep the DeWalt and pass on the Craftsman.
James Ramirez

bigiron

h11m1vn
Never had an oscillating tool and would like to try these out.
Mathieu

jeff palm pools
love these tools, my work truck was stolen in 2013 and a got the truck back minus all the tools, then got cancer so could not hardly work could hardly afford new tools bought a few harbor freight tools, but these dewalts are the best,
don’t make much money anymore so cant buy quality tools anymore, plus the lung cancer gets me to out of breath so I cant much work done anymore, but I love your site and wish I had all the tools I gawk over, my utility body on my truck is big and the tool boxes are mostly empty so these dewalts would be great
Daniel

I keep a Dewalt set in my work truck and was actually looking to buy one to add to the toolbox. Hope to win !!
But it’s me!
More goodies for my offspring if I am lucky.
Sam
Tools would be a big upgrade… but the locking pliers? Never seen anything quite like those before.
david urban burke
I’ve used these before, insanely helpful!
Rexamis
i would mostly want the plug in multi tool and i would give the battery one too my dad as he already has dewalt
Sammy
The multi tool would come in very handy as I have a flooring project that I’ve been putting off.
Thi
I’d like to win this to give to a friend who could upgrade his current Harbor Freight multi-tool.
Aaron Langley
I was looking at buying some of the ez lock pliers, excited at the chance to win some. I would keep the corded oscillating tool and try to find a home for the 20V max model as I don’t have DeWalt batteries.
John Walsh
I’m already running 20v max tools so it would be a good addition to my lineup. We don’t have power outside of the house so it would keep me from having to running a cord out the kitchen window and getting into trouble ha.
Scar
I have a 12v multitool, but have strongly been considering getting a 18 / 20v for notching stud walls.
Akbar
Never used tools like these before. Would love to try them out.
Gary B
planning to put down some flooring in a bedroom so this would surely come in handy
HarrisM
I’d keep the battery one and donate the wired on to the theater department at a school I work for.
Terry
I would like to see what the fuss is about oscillating multi-tools, I’ve never used one
King Nikon
I could use an oscillating multi-tool for a lot of situations to make a nice clean cut over a sawzall.
Andy
I had a fein tool at one point, but the switch failed/ was repaired numerous times until I just grew tired of the hassle. I’d be curious to try another brand…
JeremyM
Some sweet pieces. Borrowed the 20v one from a nail bender the other day and it beats my wore out Dremel one!!
Brad B.
I love Dewalt but i don’t have these yet. Thanks for the chance at winning these. Would be a great addition to my other tools.
David Black
The corded oscillator. I burned up my HF one!
Matt
Trying to get started on some projects. Would have no excuse if I had these.
KenT
My toolbox needs more yellow & black.
Art
Oscillating tools are great and I could use a cordless one for tight access restricted spaces without a power source
Joel Spangler
my oscillating tool doesn’t have quick change and I don’t have a cordless option – this would solve both of those issues.
Js
Would be a perfect addition to my holiday gift set
Brandon L
I don’t have a multi-tool but have heard a multi-tool can make your life much easier.
Chris Hackbardt
It would compliment my existing Dewalt lineup and inspire me to continue emailing you when i find good deals on tools in the future.
Adam
I love oscillating tools! I was working on a family members house and I forgot my oscillating tool so I borrowed the neighbor’s Dewalt oscillating tool. It was way better than mine. However I can’t talk my wife into purchasing one when I already have.
Cheyne Tobin
Perfect re-gift for my father-in-law and his current remodel.
Eric
I am huge fan of the dewalt Oscalating tool and mine feel off of staging this fall and have not replaced it yet
Michael Eibling
I’m hugely invested in Big Red tools. Bit I don’t have an oscillating cutter. This would be really handy for fixing floors and trim.
Milo
Oscillating tool is the one gap in my tool box. I have gotten and return a multi Mac twice because reviews are always so varying. While I have gotten away with this toll till now. I know I am testing fate with how much longer I can go without one and will be stuck or end up with a less the desirable result.
An
These would be handy for DIY repairs/projects around the house.
Kdoug
I’d like to have these Dewalt tools so I can compare it to the Bosch oscillating tool I own. I could see the cordlesss one coming in handy. I’d give one of them to my grandpa since he just upgraded to Dewalt cordless tools.
ACC
Would love these and a perfect combo to share!
SYoung
My buddy has these tools and says they’re the best
Kurt
Because a better oscillating multitool is always useful.
Peter Olsen
My Dad is losing the ability to work safely with saws, so I’d love to give this to him so he can keep chipping away on projects around the house for my Mom!
Chad Brink
I’d love to add a corded oscillating tool to my mix. The extra blades and sanding pads would help the bottom line too. Thanks Stuart for your generosity!
Brad Copeland
Who wouldn’t want these tools.
Fernando Martinez
Please pick me! I couldn’t purchase the one from Amazon the other day and will need these tools tip cut the trims off the doors as I am laying laminate flooring.
Thank you!
Chad Henry
I would like to win these to use on my old house and to teach my son and daughters how to use tools as they work on school projects and their own inventions.
Ben F
Work and home projects!
Jeremiah Smith
I finally bought into the dewalt tools this year from my old Craftsman stuff and have been looking for a good deal on the oscillating tool. My current Dremel one is on it’s last leg.
Dust
I’ve had my eye on that DeWalt 20v for a while. I’m tempted to work with that or the Milwaukee version but the DW is brushless.
Airborne dust becoming a bigger deal everyday, I’d love to upgrade to a better oscillating tool to get more material removed while still being able to keep the dust down.
Geoff
Like Chance above, I’m a Milwaukee guy and my father uses Dewalt. I’d surprise him with these. I know he doesn’t have either of these models.
Ken Hom
As a cabinet punchlist guy I have to work in homes under construction that thd power is not on yet. My company gave me dewalt tools and so I already have the platform. I cannot afford a cordless multitool right now and need something better than the handsaws I have go use to cut back trim or framing to install components. Just today I had to install a dishwasher return and had to cut the base molding back to fit it against the wall. Quite a chore. I really need a cordless multitool. I own a couple of Fein multimasters but they dont help without power.
Thanks for the informative site
Alex T
I actually just want the mini pliers. They look really nice.
Mike R
This prize would be a great to see how it could be used for wood carving. I might want to actually want to finish a carving that I start.
James
I currently have a Bosch mutli tool that is fairly good but it’s a bit to much of a beast. The DeWalt cordless with its finger switch is the most comfortable unit to use. Having the ability to go from almost off to full speed using your finger is also a huge deal compared to dial controls everyone else uses. Multi tools are one of the most used items behind the drill/driver and I tend to “barrow” on of the guys DeWalt far to much.
Robert
Have wanted to be an oscillating tool for years but could never justify the purchase. It would be awesome to win these so I could finally see what all the fuss is about.
RinolR
Actually if I’d win this I’d give it away to a friend who lost his and I’d probably keep the corded on for some trim work that needs to get finished around the house.
Mark
Would be a great gift for a friend who only uses yellow tools!
OBDave
In on this mainly to re-gift to a co-worker who’s building his DeWalt cordless collection…
Nick W.
One tool I thought I would never buy as an independent contractor….. the multi tool. Don’t know how I did various projects without it. Would love to compare the Dewalt to my rockwell sonicrafter that has been replaced twice in 2 years.
DML
The cordless one would round out my 20V Max collection and I’d love to pass the corded version on to my dad. Both would come in super handy on some upcoming projects.
JamesC
I have a Milwauke M12 multi-tool that works relatively well, but a short run time depending on battery used. A corded multi-tool would offer flexibility for tougher jobs.
Kyle
Love the oscillating tool concept. I have a been wanting to try it out. Thanks for doing this. Your site is the first i visit each day.
Bill
I have a flooring job coming up and would love this for trimming my door molding.
Michelle Ward
This would help out with the unfinished jobs I have around the house. Thanks
Wade
I have an inexpensive multi-tool that is used quite a bit. It would be nice to move up to that DeWalt! Plus I could share my old one and possibly one of these with my sons! I cannot believe how useful oscillating tools are!
WingMantis
My dad likes Dewalt so I would definitely give one of these to him. Not sure he has an oscillating multi-tool so this would be a nice gift.
Jeremy
Because when they stole all my tools, they got my two fein corded oscillating tools, which I relied on frequently, I’ve not tried any dewalt tools in the last few years and am curious about what improvements they’ve made.
David k
Don’t currently own an oscillating tool so it’d be nice.
Jon
Corded oscillating tool would be handy.
Eugene
This would be a great replacement for my aging Craftsman Nextec oscillating tool. I found my Nextec tool to be weak for some of the projects and the batteries run out quickly.
Chris
I have had one of this on my list for a few years now and would love to finally have it in my collection of dewalt tools. I have 20volt and corded.
Mike
This would be a great start into the Dewalt line for me!
Bill Strobel
Would like to win this package of tools to check out the quality of Dewalt tools.
Nosmo
OK, this one does have me excited, especially because, first, one of the oscillating tools is cordless and, two, I almost exclusively use DeWalt stuff and as a result I HAVE BATTERIES!!
Corded oscillators are great for jobs requiring extended cutting, but I’ve used mine (a Bosch) in places where the cord was, well, I actually ran out of four-letter words once to describe the hassle (and that time when one of the extension cords came disconnected while I was in the attic I invented a few new ones….). Cordless, though, a spare battery – carefully placed wthin reach before you climb between the trusses – makes Mr. Frustration go away. So, yes, excitement at this one, almost 9-year-old, Dec 24th excitement. Just let me know and I’ll go stand next to the mailbox and wait for the package (which I can do now that the mail carrier’s restraining order has expired again).
By the way, any word on that 175 PSI 80 gallon compressor giveaway? Not that I’m impatient or anything, but I am still wiping up leaking compressor oil….
EPH
I’m a total DIY guy and an oscillating tool set has been on my wish list for a very long time. I have furniture and trim projects galore and will put these to use immediately! Always enjoy your post (I visit your site almost every day) and have enjoyed the benefits of the toolguyd promo code at KC Tools several times.
Tim Norton
could really use a cordless multi tool
Tim in PA
I don’t own a multi tool so this would be perfect.
Peter F
I would absolutely love to have this. I would invent reasons to use this. Do they make a cereal spoon attachment?
Benjamin Rivera
I have mostly all dewalt tools except for those two, they look handy!
Ron
this looks like an awesome assortment of tools that i would love to have.
Dean Coss
I am in dire need of a multi tool for my many projects
Jordan S.
It would be nice to add to my existing 20v lineup, especially since I was planning on getting the oscillating tool this weekend!
Joe N
I would like to try the DeWalt multi tools .
Norm Huizenga
I would like a better one than my Nextec. It’s ok, but I’m have a lot of panel cutting for outlets and grout work to do. It would be nice to get one that doesn’t rely on battery.
Shawn Mogy
This tool would definitely be useful from all the house projects i did this year without a tool like this
Ken
I have a crappy cordless one I dont really care for and I struggle with. This one looks very nice. Also would be nice to have a corded one for those times that you want the power and dont want to worry about batteries.
Kyle
I am a young entrepreneur who is starting his own business and could use all the help I can get so receiving a toy like this would be a great help to starting out my flooring business
Josh Hipple
This would make a great gift for my father-in-law!
DMH
My sister and brother-in-law are redoing their house and could use one of these
BobB
Oscillating tools are very useful.Great giveaway.
Travis
I don’t yet own an oscillating tool and I would like to. Seems like it would be handy to have around.
Brad
I need an oscillating multi-tool, so I’d definitely keep the corded one. The cordless I’d give to my father since he has bought into the dewalt line for his business.
Mitch
Big fan. Always checking in to get the latest tool news. This would be a perfect addition to my up and coming tool collection. Just moved from a condo to a house. Wow. Tons of work. My 1920 Bungalow needs some wood siding replaced. The tool would allow me to reach between boards and cut nails, etc. — Thanks.
Dustin
I’ve been wanting an oscillating multi-tool but haven’t pulled the trigger as of yet. This way I wouldn’t have to!
DaveD
I’ve already got some Dewalt cordless tools and would love to add these to my collection.
Kyle James
Our DeWalt multitool died on us and we haven’t been able to replace it.
Addison Pettis
Yes please! I think this is the best qd system. There are not a lot of yellow tools that I can honestly say that, but this is one (2 versions) of them.
SaskiFX
This would replace the dremel version of these tools I currently have.
Matt Holland
I’ve started building our new home and this would come in handy!
Edward Sichler
Not for me but for my oldest daughter in Austin who is big DIYer. When she was home for Christmas she talked about wanting one of these for some projects she has in mind in the new year for her patio and backyard as well.
JohnRoscoe
Have been on the fence about corded vs. cordless, this would be a great solution to picking one!
Steve M
Oscillating multi tools are the best solution for cutting notches in 2×4’s for shelving… and my basement needs more shelving!!
Mahkook
A cordless occ. tool… Yes! I already have the batteries for this and there is that gap in my tool bag just perfectly sized for this to finish it out. And the corded one would go live at my apartment building for maintenance. Perfect!
Adam M.
I dont have an oscillating tool, so these would be welcome
John W
I’d love to win this because I am a former oscilating tool doubter. I borrowed a friends at his insistence and have now seen the light! It would be worth listening to him poke fun at me whenever he saw these tools or me using them if I could have not only 1 but 2! Thanks for hosting these give aways!
Brian
I’m on the verge of buying this, but i rather save our money for backyard landscaping (which i will be installing myself to save money).
Paul K
I have a corded multi-tool that i don’t like, always a pain to get out for small jobs. Cordless handy for that. And i have like two attachments cause i’m cheap and only buy for the job. Having some would be sweet. Hope i like the ez-locks more than you 🙂
Jacob L
I need a new oscillating tool to replace my broken one.
Chastity
I have wanted and needed an oscillating multi-tool since I started monkey’ing around with home improvement and maintenance projects a few years ago. I am addicted to all aspects of trades now and would totally utilize these in all areas! I am working on plans for my own work shop/area and would use these tools for multiple projects I’ve planned in 2018 here are a few: removing old grout, some drywall cutouts, a couple doors I have, removing some trim/molding, smoothing and sanding base boards, interior cabinet cutouts to run some electrical boxes, some outdoor irrigation/ plumbing etc. I would love to add both of these to my limited tool collection. Awesome giveaway btw!
Andy Ringsmuth
I’m a die-hard Dewalt fan and would love to add these to my small but growing collection in the garage!
HV
The cordless DeWalt OMT was 1 of 2 final contenders for when I bought an OMT. Ended up with the Milw. M18 but I still wonder if I’d been happier with the DeWalt…
Jeremiah
trying them out in home depot I agree with you that these are much more ergonomic than other brands. Having a cordless omt would greatly increase my use of one for quick, off jobs. And having the corded is nice for extended work. I want one with some form of quick change head. Haven’t used one enough to justify buying yet but having s quality tool in regular rotation will probably change that.
MDJ
The wife and I are just starting a project to remove all of the carpet in the house and replace it with laminate. These would be a great help in this project. Would love a chance at these 🙂
JHStan
I would’ve picked up the oscillating multi tool + a circular saw had I not miss the Dewalt DCK299 with the two free bare tools bundle. The OMT would be handy for many projects, especially when I start my bathroom tile project this summer.
Dana Kilner
I would give one to my brother and the other to my dad and keep the pliers. Neither of them have one of these and they are so useful.
Mike
That corded one would go in my kit to help me tackle some built-ins that I have next on my project list. The cordless would go to my brother, as he uses Dewalt batteries.
Chris Gutierrez
Woah,
2 tools, millions of uses. I enjoy finding new uses for oscillating tools, and would love to move to a cordless unit that matches up to my 20v max tool set.
The corded version would make a great housewarming gift for my brother in law
Matt W.
Since I already have a multi-tool, I’d be happy to donate these tools to my church for use on the mission trips we take to aid disadvantaged families in rural Virginia! Thank you for the opportunity!
Eric Bachelder
This is the best most versatile tool. I would really like to have the corded option.
Paul
These would be great for an up coming project. I had them on my Christmas list but they didn’t make the cut (pun intended). I love the site and the reviews.
Tony
Gave my oscillating tool to a friend and have been looking for a replacement.
Harry Sprinkle
I bleed black and yellow.
Eric
I don’t have a working oscillating multi-tool (my M12 one broke). I could really use this.
Emil Barci
I have a handful of home renovation projects such as flooring and trim/moulding replacement to complete. The oscillating tool bundle would save me so much time which I could spend browsing the toolguyd.com website!
Michael
Actually have never used one of these before but always wanted one .
Jason Y
Only oscillating tool i have is form harbor freight 🙁
Kevin W
Never had an oscillating tool, but would like to try one on my bath shower grout repair,
Luke T.
The 20v multi-tool has been on my want to purchase list for a few months now. I have a normal hand drywall saw I use when cutting in new outlet boxes and what not around the house on varying tv hanging projects. I saw a youtube video on someone using the multi-tool to cut outlet boxes in and I was so pumped for it I about peed myself. I regret not jumping on the Black Friday deal for one….
Dave in VT
Same comment I posted to other recent giveaways: I had to recently give up almost all of my tools (extreme sadface!) when I moved across 8 states to take care of my aging in-laws. I’ve started re-collecting tools that my father in law didn’t already have. I could definitely use these to make the garage into a shop!
dogdaysindurham
Hi Stuart,
As a poor grad student, the oscillating multi tool has been on my wish list for a while. I have a project with converting some oak logs into an outdoor end table that this tool would be perfect for!
MisterG
This is a Christmas list item I did not receive, so it would be Merry Christmas to me! 🙂
Matt Roberson
I’m heavily invested in the Dewalt 20v line, so this is just icing on the cake. Thanks for all the giveaways!
Michael
The DeWalt tools have a great reputation so I would be psyched to have any of the tools offered in this giveaway!
Nick B
I’d use the oscillating tool to refinish my stairs.
tcmault
I’d use them to help re-tile an entryway.
Max
I’m a big DeWalt fan and would love this in my arsenal. Thanks for doing these giveaways!
Alan Wood
I really need an oscillating multitool but have been reluctant to pull the trigger on one!
Jeff
These would make excellent replacements for my Tool Shop corded and Nextec cordless multi-tools. And it would get me to finally grab the DeWalt 18V to 20V adapter kit that I haven’t needed until now.
Diamond Dave
And who wouldn’t want a multi tool from Dewalt? Count me in!
Jeff Anderson
Would love a set for work
Blythe
I’m slowly switching to dewalt for my main carpentry cordless tools, so this would be an awesome addition
Ben
Thank you so much – this oscillating tool is really great!
Myles
I’ve got a Closet remodel coming up and this would be perfect to notch baseboards and drywall. Thanks.
Robert
I have seen these in use on youtube but never could pull the trigger and buy one. As a woodworker I think this might come in very handy for some intricate design and inlay uses to my projects.
Zhenchok
I would love to win these tools because I like how these Dewal tools are corded. I like the level and the craftsman hand tools. I would use them to remodel my basement project that I am working on. Hope I win, thank you for the opportunity.
Greg
My 15 year old Fein died. These would be a great replacement. The idea of using a cordless one on the jobsite is exciting.
Damon Eggling
I basically only have a drill at home, these would be a great addition.
Joseph Mandel
We use dewalt tools at work and this is one of the few we don’t have.
Gordon
I’ve got some finish work to fix on our apartment before we move out. This would help a lot in making it look right (unlike the hacks that did the finish work in the first place).
Arthur Aldridge
I’ve been looking to pick up some tools, haven’t yet bought into any one system could be this one as easily as the Bosch or M12.
longwood8
the Dewalt cordless oscillating tool is the one tool I really want still missing from my 20v collection.
Bradley Hanstad
A year back harbor freight had a $5 coupon deal for getting their cheapest oscillating tool. While it has saved me a few times, it leaves a lot to be desired in a tool of it’s function. Having not only a corded but a cordless higher end model oscillating tool would be amazing. I tend to work on a lot of last minute, quick fix projects when it comes to building Battlebots/ Combat Robots and props for media. Thank you again for these giveaways.
Bryan
good quality tools
Tony Berger
Just started buying tools for my first house and these would help out. Thanks for putting on a give-away like this!
Pickle
I have never had a set like this and would love to get my hands on one to test out.
Travis
I have a need for a multi-tool. I also have other dewalt cordless items so I could utilize my existing battery/charger platform.
Mike K
Building a doghouse!
928'er
No Dewalt in my collection yet – except for some bit selections.
Edward F
My dad gave me his Dewalt 20V tools a few months ago when my wife and I moved into our new house. We had a ton of projects we were taking on and the oscillating tool will come in great use for the upcoming flooring projects and redoing the main doorway as the wife wants some different door and you know a happy wife makes a happy life 😉
Thank you!
Mark
These would be great for some trim work I am planning around my house!
Adam
We’ve got a few DeWalt 18V tools at work, and this would be a useful addition. Right now we’re using my (corded) Fein OMT, but I’d really like to be able to take it home sometimes…
john
This is the best reviewed oscillating tool… besides fein likely but still…. best “budget” oscillating tool?
Chuck
I’d help a friend with a drywall project/repair.
Dan
I’d like to win these Oscillating multi-tools. I currently don’t own an OMT at all and since my drill/driver is a Dewalt, the cordless OMT would be nice, especially with the sanding pads.
Steven
Just bought an old row house and I know this would come in handy replacing the flooring.
Mark
I would love a decent multi-tool. I have a $20 cheapo from, I hate to admit, Harbor Fright (sic). I would off-load that to my son’s classroom where I occasionally do minor projects to improve storage, etc.
Ed Northway
I would like to get the set of Dewalt oscillating tools so I have corded/cordless that take the same blades!
Matthew
I love the convenience of an oscillating multi-tool. The only one I have is from Harbor Freight (it gets the job done and is by bar the best value in the store). I’ve already got 20V DeWalt tools and not having to take an extension cord to the tight spots I end up using these types of tools is amazing.
Troy Carle
I’d love to try the cordless and corded back to back on some projects I have coming up. Thanks!
Steve
I don’t have any Dewalt tools yet so I’d love to try some out. Plus I don’t have an oscillating tool.
Boris Ioffe
I have a green one, which is a fantastic tool. One thing that would make it more useful it must be cordless.
Bret
My Craftsman oscillating multitool stopped working so I would like to replace it with the corded Dewalt. My dad has some Dewalt 20V tools but no OMT so I would give him it. I would like to try out the pliers, too because I often find myself needing different sizes or styles.
kylem
It would be a nice addition, I currently use my 12v OMT to cut openings for remodelers electrical boxes in plaster and drywall. I’d like to use the corded version for tile work.
Sean
Oscillating tools are great! I keep looking at the cordless DeWalt to continue to expand my DeWalt tools!
Dale Ianni
I love the DeWalt brand. The only oscillating tool that have is from H-F. It’s okay but it would be nice to this “monster”
Eric. H.
My wife would like these for her many, many, many small projects
Eric Hutton
because cutting things is fun!
Fixitman1121
I want to win because what cant you do with an oscillating multi-tool? also, i could give the corded one the secretly jealous buddies that poo poo the tool.
Matt
A NFP I help out with could benefit form the portability of the cordless tool.
Jason
I started my Dewalt 20v collection this past Christmas – first cordless platform upgrade in 10+ years. The oscillating tool would be a great addition to my collection!
clayton
Ive used these before, best I’ve used, would love to have them.
Jose
Remodeling, DIYing and fixing things will be easier with these tools. I’ve used the multitool before and its so nice.
IJK
These would make perfect late xmas gifts for a couple friends of mine. the cordless one to a buddy that already has some 20v dewalt, the corded one to a coworker was clueless about the things in the first place.
htxclf28264
Been wanting an oscillating multi tool for usage in some cabinet revenovations after they were flooded by my AC unit.
kevin
Dad would have his own tool
don stokes
I would like very much to win this. I am an electrician and this would be very helpful.
Tim M.
This would give lots of possibilities for different work.
Oles Masan
You should give them to me cause random is so random and I’m so lucky!
Matthew Mills
Dewalt makes nice tools and this would get a lot of use for almost all my projects.
John Sullivan
Why do I want to win? Well, the tools WANT ME TO WIN! They are begging to be taken off the shelf and put into MY hands.
Seriously, I have yet to be seriously disappointed in a Dewalt tool. But my current oscillating tool, a Rockwell… it’s okay but … well, it’s not great. (I’m trying to be nice.) So my Rockwell will be donated to a makerspace and I’ll keep the Dewalts. I have a 20v charger and battery pack, so even the cordless should see some use.
And why would I want the EZ-lock pliers that even Dr. Stuart doesn’t like? Well, BECAUSE they look so damn awkward, of course! Maybe I’ll love them, like a pet pug, or a goldfish with those under-eye blisters that render them completely incapable of survival in the wild. Somebody has to love them, so why not me?
Joe Pietrykowski
I’ve never had the opportunity to use an oscillating tool.
Ryan
This would definitely be in upgrade over my current multi tool.
Rafael Ram
I have tried a Ridgid oscillating tool before and it was nice but it would be nice to have one of my own.
Michael K
I need to expand my dewalt 20v collection and this will come in perfect for some upcoming jobs!
LEONARD
Because I’m poor and can’t afford them but could really use them THANK U
PeterW
This tool would be an absolute incredible help to me to install hardwood floor, along with install can lights and re-trim my entire house. would also be great to use at work! i work for a large GC home builder. amazing giveaway! good luck to everyone!
James diser
These tools would be great since I am stuck with the m18 multi-tool and it’s such a disappointment!
brent
I’m a new first time home owner with twins on the way with a lot to do around the house these would be great to help me finish the trim and doors I am working on.
MattK
Daddy needs this set
James
Aside from a few other DeWALT items I own this Dewalt oscillating multi-tool prize bundle would make a great addition.
Brian Willis
I would love to win these for my son. Thank you.
Derek
I would love to have this. I’m a electrician, and this would be very handy for work, I would use it every month…it wouldn’t just sit in a toolbox.
Shannon J
I would probably split this with my wife for her tool kit.
Jason Greenberg
I’ve been using other tools to work around my lack of OMT for a while now, but with a few house repairs involving small-area sanding and cutting — and a new kitchen floor — on the horizon, it’s time to get one. Having both corded and cordless would be a real luxury!
Daniel Jacobsen
I could really use the oscillating tools
RM
Allows me to break into the Dewalt tool craze and join team yellow.
Mark C
A cordless oscillating multi-tool Would be nice.
Scaryone
Love to have that level
Tony D
I’m interested in the oscillating tools because I have remove some grout in my bathroom and the Dewalt oscillating tools would be perfect.
Corey
My DeWalt omt has a lot of miles on it lol this would be great to have her replacement on deck and fill out my attachments reservoir ?
Owegeezus
Have to do some floor demo and would love some oscillating tools
RD
I need this tool specifically because my wife forbids it. A few years ago I tried “juggling” this type of tool. Oops, off to urgent care, where my wife the nurse, had to show all the nurses how klutzy her husband, the woodworker, is… the “expert” woodworker… a few stitches, and much embarrassment was worth it. We still look on that evening as one of our best date nights ever.
Timothy
I’m direly in need of an oscillating tool for some projects I have coming up, nothing major. I love my other dewalt tools,
Tim K
I really like the quick tool free design of the dewalt. Also the only thing better then an oscillating multi tool is a cordless one.
Michael Weleski
I have been wanting to get an oscillating tool to use in my shop. This would be a great help in my woodworking. Also, it would be nice to try out the quality of Dewalt tools.

I would love to Dewalt oscillating multi-tools and levels too. They would add to other dewalt tools. I would love too use them for projects around the house. I dont have any powered multi-tools and I wanted to get one last year.
Thanks for give a ways

I really appreciate that you are taking the time, and effort, not to forget the expense to do this.
I have used a multi tool before and am a big fan of their versatility. I’ve also already invested in dewalt 20v packs so this would fit well with my existing tool. I frankly use the tools for my own builds as well as helping others, friends, family, co-workers etc. with theirs.

I have a really weak porter cable cordless multi tool, a dewalt one to go with my normal tools would be great.

I do not currently own an occilating multi tool, but I hear great things about them. I would like to try one out.

I’d give them to my brother who is working on his first home…

I have the corded dewalt and like it so much I could use the cordless multi tool and give the corded one to a good friend as a gift.

WHAT THE HECK ARE THESE USED FOR?? Just Kidding, oscillating tools are on my short list to get next. Just not sure which way to turn. Winning these would head me in the right direction plus make up my mine on what 18/20v system to start investing in next. I have a Milwaukee 12v system but sometimes it’s just not enough power so I’m comptemplating what higher voltage system to go with. My neighbor says Dewalt so we can share tools and stuff…..I think he just wants to take advantage of my good nature ? Anyway, these would be great tools to start with in the oscillating nature. If I don’t win, could you use your connections and get Milwaukee to upgrade their 12v oscillating tool??
Thanks for all the great reviews and information.

I would love to add these to my Dewalt tool bag, as a handyman, the has been my platform of choice and is serving me very well. I love my OMT tools and it would be great to get some more accessories for it. I would share the 20V tool with my Dad who really would like to get one and keep the corded one for myself as there are times when cords are better than cordless. Like when you are doing a whole floor of tweaking doorways for a flooring retrofit.
