Hormel Halloween Pepperoni for Trick or Treat

I suppose there are worse Halloween treats than snack bags of mini Pepperoni chunks. A couple of dirty germy pennies, for instance. But still… this just seems really weird to me.

And the best ever? The full-size black and white cookies my grandfather used to give out at his bakery.

nope, i think it.s a great idea. better than pixie sticks or some of the other crap the pass off as candy. surely no worse for you either. now if they just offered bacon for halloween they would be on to something.

I bet fruit would top that, the look on the face of a kid when he sees fruit in his bag instead of candy

Yes, this is weird….the only thing my sons want in their bags on Halloween is candy…of any kind…if you deviate, you are a really weird neighbor…meat snacks are not candy…maybe these are being marketed around the Halloween theme for older guys…guessing most women don’t gravitate towards Hormel pepperoni snacks

My kids might actually prefer the pepperoni packs. Lord knows they won’t need any more sugar that night. Good idea, I hope it catches on. Now, if someone makes small packs of dried fruit (besides raisins) that would even be better.

As if kids didn’t have enough bad things to eat. I expect future generations will start having strokes and heart attacks at an ever-younger age, thanks to these kinds of products. What’s next, lard lollipops?

Incidentally, in answer to Jerry’s question, they do sell small packs of Craisins (dried cranberries) in a snackpack size, as well as blueberries and cherries (packaged and sold by Ocean Spray).

I don’t know, Halloween is weird by nature when you think about it. This seems oddly appropriate!

Parents of diabetic children would love these….unless they also read ingredient lists and are trying to stay away from chemical preservatives, etc.
