HOT DEAL: Acme Tools Coupon 15% off $300+ (4/18/17)

Acme Tools Tax Day 2017 Coupon

Over at Acme Tools, they’re holding a special coupon promo offer, today only, 4/18/17. Spend over $300 and save 15% on your order.

There is some fine print. There’s a maximum discount of $400, which means the discount starts to diminish after you spend $2,667. And the coupon doesn’t work on certain brands or products.

If you ask me, RUN, don’t WALK, to take advantage of this deal. While it’s not quite as good as the 17% coupon from January, that coupon was good for use on one item. The same was true for their Cyber Monday 2016 coupon of 20%.

This coupon is for 15% off your ORDER of $300 or more. I added 3 items to my cart really quick (Dewalt FlexVolt miter saw kit, Skil drill, Nova drill press, and all are reflecting the 15% discount.

Coupon code is REFUNDME, and must be entered in your cart. You should see the discount in your cart prior to checking out.

Shop Now

Full Fine Print:

Discount valid 4-18-17 online only. $400 maximum discount. Qualifying models will receive the discount. Discount is off purchase price before tax and any applicable shipping charges. Not valid on prior purchases or in conjunction with other offers or promo codes. Only one promo code per order. Promo code may only be used one time. Not valid on Festool, Generac, Honda, Husqvarna, Jet, Powermatic, Laguna Tools. Makita, SawStop, Stabila, Stihl, Toro, Weber, Yeti, JLG, Milwaukee 48-22-8500, 48-22-8530, 48-22-8560. More restrictions may apply on other brands and products. MUST USE PROMO CODE AT CHECKOUT TO RECEIVE DISCOUNT. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities and terminate any offer at any time.

Translation: it’s a one-time use coupon with the usual exclusions.

If you plan to take advantage of this deal, what are you buying?

The exclusions made it worthless for me – have been eyeing a new Weber Grill for one of my places and some Makita stuff as gifts – but both brands are excluded.
    Ah well.

Weber’s are excluded everywhere. Your best/only chance is end of the clearance (not helpful now), or going to Lowe’s with a coupon or a friend who is a Vet. When we were looking for a new grill, we chose Lowe’s b/c it was the only place we could save a little bit. HD might have worked, but didn’t have the color, and they seem to have less coupons available

If you have Menards in your area, Home Depot has 11% for their stores in the same area valid on in-store purchases. I don’t see any brands excluded in the current rebate form.

It also seems to stack with Milwaukee’s 20% off M18 Fuel Kits.

Stuart, which miter saw kit did you go with? Sliding or fixed? I have been eyeing the flexvolt miter since xmas and should have done it but I got a steal of a deal on M18 miter when they were doing 20% off even on the kit with the extra free 9Ah battery.

Im looking for another miter saw to be mostly a shop miter saw but it may be called on to do other things.

None, I was just testing to see if it worked on multiple items, and if there was un-noted exclusion on FlexVolt (there isn’t).

I’d say go for the full sliding kit with AC adapter and batteries , unless you really don’t want the added space of the slider.

The code didn’t work for me. I wanted the Flexvolt 9.0 battery two pack and the Skil Medusaw. No discount!! Strange because Stuart bought a Dewalt Flexvolt and a Skil brand products and did get it??

Didn’t buy them, added to cart to confirm the deal.

Silly question, but did you enter the coupon exactly as shown, in all caps?

I just added the two items you mentioned and typed “refundme” and it too discount ($551.64 was total). I placed and order about 30 minutes ago using the same code and it worked.

    Stuart.
You mentioned the Nova Drill Press which has intrigued me for a while.
Two points: Acme says it’s NOT UL listed and… who, how and where would it be serviced once it was set up?

It’s worth noting that ACME is having its spring tool sale in its Minnesota stores This Friday and Saturday (April 21st and 22nd) I don’t know about the ND and IA stores. My flyer only says Plymouth, Duluth, and Bemidji

It’s 10 to 15% off in store on select vendors. This includes some of the vendors that the online sale doesn’t such as Generac, Honda, Jet, Laguna, Makita, and Stabila.

As far as I can tell, you can not stack this with other coupons. Copied from fine print: Not valid on prior purchases or in conjunction with other offers or promo codes.

So the free Milwaukee M12 tool coupon does not work with the promo.
