On the cordless Dewalt grinder, another option on Acme is the DCG413R2. The $50 off $200 promo applies to that, netting $229. That kit has 2 6ah batteries, vs the single 4ah compact battery on the $199 kit.
Alternatively Amazon has a deal of the day on the bare tool (dcg413b) for $119 right now.
Wish I could find the newer 415, but it looks to be excluded from the promos.

Just another thought is to look at a Jet machine to take advantage of their 15% off sale. The 708404 is on sale (lots of places) right now for $425 – saving $75 of of the regular price.
