That flexiclick is so nice, I picked mine up about 6 months ago and I will never regret it. That price is a steal. Stuart how much nicer is the ps32? Do you think it would compliment the flexiclick well?

I’ve a bunch of Bosch 12V gear and to answer your specific question I think the answer is an emphatic yes. One is swell with that offset drive but the other is a purpose built tool. It’s just more “solid”. And has the better drive motor as well.

BTW, I believe the FlexiClick is so close physically to the PS32 it’s possible to swap the motors, and end up with brushless Flexi-Click!
Since I have already spent too much and already have the Flexi-Click and PS31 (brushed driver), I’m avoiding Amazon – but those are sweet deals.

It can be convenient to have a drill for pilot holes, and a screwdriver (or impact) for driving in fasteners. The Flexiclick is nice because its different heads helps it to solve problems standard drills or drivers could face in tight or obstructed spaces.
Since you already have a Flexiclick, the PS32 isn’t necessary, but I’m sure you’d benefit from having it.

A little heads up here. Many fo these “deals” are barely live up to that billing. The wretches for instance. $83.00 at home depot. So is there a real need to “BUY NOW”? How about the power tools? Same story. The discount appears substantial, but with a little footwork you see they are mostly smoke and mirrors. Batteries already updated with better versions, tools a few years from the latest and greatest.
I’m not saying the footwork above is not appreciated. I’m not saying you can’t save a little dough here. I’m just saying this is not the crash flash sale that it appears to be. The old furniture store sale is taking place here and if you are feeling that ‘need-to-buy voice in your head that is pushing you to add a charge to be paid later cause it is such a worth while deal. Tell it to quiet down and you can pay 5 bucks more the rest of the year without the 30% interest.

I don’t know which tools you’re talking about. All of the deals that I checked are deeply discounts, and very good deals. Granted I did it in the middle of the night when the deals went live, and I haven’t been able to check the lower interest deals since my daughter’s home sick.
The Weller soldering station is typically $41 or so (drawing from memory on this one). Here it’s $25. How’s that not saving money?
$84 for a brushless drill kit that sells for $130-140 regularly? That’s a good deal.
The FlexiClick has been $169. $118 for the kit PLUS a bit set? That’s also an excellent deal.
You can save a LOT of money here. BUT it also depends on what you’re looking for.

I’m not sure what you’re talking about. The Gear wrench set is $120 at home depot and not necessarily in store for immediate pickup.
Some deals are close to their historical lows, but it might have been 6 months since it was last at this price.
I never get the feeling that Stuart is pushing a “buy it now” mentality for everyone. It’s always a “if you have been thinking about this, you won’t find a better deal.” That is almost always objectively true.

The standard 84 tooth is $83 at Home Depot but the linked 120 XP is $112.84 at HD. $112.84-$75 = $37.84 savings.

A while back I got the Flexiclick on a deal of the day or another coupon and it was about that price with the coupon. But no bits. Highly recommended! I can now get into places that I couldn’t before, in cabinets especially this is a plus. Also, taking the heads on and off means you can have a drill and driver with different bits and just switch them back and forth.
I decided to get the Compact Recip saw. A great price! Plus with some hand/wrist issues, the light weight is going to be great. Makita is my main 18v shop platform. I checked camelcamelcamel and didn’t see it for near that price anywhere. If you look at the price of the battery, it doesn’t even cost that much for the saw itself. Upcoming I have to take out a kitchen cabinet without removing the counter top. It should do a great job since it’s a narrow cabinet in a tight space. That’s how I can justify the cost of this new toy 😀 I’m hoping I can sell off the charger since I don’t need another one.
I’m wondering if Amazon will have the 20% off coupons this year. I don’t see it on their website anymore. Maybe just hard to find?
Also, I’ve noticed that Home Depot will often match an Amazon price, but the lower price will go away once Amazon raises theirs back up, or is it vice-versa?

How come no one ever mentions Rockwell.! I was pleasantly surprised after buying my first Rockwell tool the 3rill . It is no longer made however it is and was a remarkable tool it was a driver a two speed drill and an impact gun that ran on a 12 vold lithium battery and batteries were replaceable for free for life. A remarkable tool in performance and price!. Now lets face it most of your popular brands Milwaukee, Makita, Dewalt , Porter Cable, Rigid , are all made in China some drills have metal gears some have nylon gears but essentially pretty much the same. Only Rigid has now caught on as far as I know and offers lifetime batteries and service repair on their line of tools. Way to go Rigid! Previously I have owned most other brands especially old corded Milwaukee Drills and Super Sawzall they are bullet proof and still going strong. I also own A Dewalt double compound sliding mitre saw and stand, a 1 and 3/4 hp Dewalt table saw with 54 inch fence a Dewalt 13 inch dual blade planer and a Shopsmith with numerous attachments. So Even though I am not a professional tradesman I am a pretty good amateur contractor and can do a lot of home renovations. I was fortunate to have a father who was extremely handy also and taught me a lot of things what he did not teach and show me I learned on my own . I also do extensive work on cars although now much of the diagnostic work on cars is done with costly computerized diagnostic equipment. That should not be too hard since I also build, diagnose and repairt high end computers of which I am using right now to respond to this reply. By the way I am also a Licensed pharmacist and sorry to say most of my colleagues cannot hang a picture on a wall . Over specialization I suppose however they chose note to be inquisitive in those areas and learn. So hows about at the very least look a Rockwell tools next time. I am not paid by Rockwell I am only endorsing what I believe to be a good product!

Rockwell is a Chinese company. Most, if not all, tools are made in China. Makita makes their top of the line tools in Japan. Milwaukee makes some things in the US, though not positive on the tools. DeWalt makes some tools in the US. Craftsman is making some tools in the US. It’s disingenuous to say they’re all made in China.
Personally I’d prefer my physicians to be specialists. I don’t pay them to hang pictures or fix my car.

IIRC, Milwaukee makes at least some of the Sawzalls in the US, along with hole saws and recip saw blades.

I bought the PS32 kit. The drill body will immediately get changed out with my existing brushed Flexiclick, and then the remaining brushed drill/batteries/charger combo will either be given as a gift or donated.
I did the same thing with a DeWalt OMT kit from Home Depot. $99 for OMT (one low capacity battery and charger), but I chose instead $139 for OMT (which I will keep), two low capacity batteries, charger, and brushless drill.
I have one thing I wanted to improve, one thing I wanted to have, and I have two nice drill/two battery/charger kits to give away for Christmas.

I switched out the PS22 head for with the head of Flexiclick (perfect match). Didn’t realize you could do the same with PS32 head. Now my PS22 is a brushless Flexiclick.
