Yes, I have that exact kit though I paid a lot more for mine! I quite like the storage box they give you, it’s extremely durable which I think makes it stand out among a lot of the similar products that sometimes come with tools. The roller depth guide is handy too, as is the sanding attachment, and it all stores in the box.

It might be the opposite side of that same Xiaomi drill. If you look at the Prime Day photo with the red drill in it note that the drill bit has a left-hand spiral. Left-handed drill bits are a thing but I think it’s more likely that the image was mirrored in editing. If that is the case we’re comparing a left side photo of one drill with a right-side photo of the other.

Every standard Amazon product has an ASIN. Sometimes the model numbers and SKUs are unreliable, especially regarding German hand tools since the nomenclature can vary depending on region or packaging.

You can find the ASIN in every Amazon link/URL, and it is also always in the product details itself, under ASIN. Some products don’t have bestseller’s rank or other listing info, but they will always have the ASIN, and this is all you need for online price trackers.

Once I get my new compressor put together, I hope to shoot more paint with my HVLP gun.
In the past, I’ve used a half mask with a shield, which is a little cumbersome. For $60, I figured I’d give this one a shot.

That does look like an interesting respirator. I couldn’t find anything that indicated how well it would fit over a pair of glasses. I like the idea of a face shield and air filter combined, but I would need it to fit over eye glasses.

I actually checked with Parcil on this, and they said it will NOT seal over glasses.
As it happens, I ordered one of these several months ago, before I got contact lenses. After the order was already shipped, it occurred to me that my glasses might cause an issue, and I checked with them by email. They said it would not seal, and arranged for a no-cost return. They even refunded my credit card before they got the return back, which I thought was a nice touch.

There are frames that are made for these sorts of masks – the one I have (for a Scott mask) is a normal HD safety frame but instead of the temples, there’s a piece of spring wire from the temple screw holes up to a silicone suction cup that sticks to the inside of the mask’s faceplate.
That lets the seal fully contact skin, all the way around. A little fiddly initially, but it works well.
No doubt there are other types, too.

Got excited when I saw there was a Bora mobile base listed (need one for my old Powermatic)…. but that is NOT a Bora one. And unfortunately not heavy duty enough for my saw, I don’t think. Ahh well. Will keep watching / waiting!

Bora, HTC, Portamate all blend together and are one and the same these days.
The HTC2000 is a step up from the Bora PM1000.
It should suffice for smaller saws, but there are heavier duty mobile bases for larger saws, such as the PM 3550.

The CRKT Drifter is a good edc knife. Perfect size for me. I have the stainless version which is perhaps a little heavy and I think I’d rather have the g10 one.

Some media publications have been reporting on Milwaukee and Ryobi tool deals. But, Amazon is not an authorized dealer and the 3rd party sellers that do carry TTI brands seem to be buying their inventory from Home Depot for resale.
All this is to say that Amazon doesn’t sell TTI brands’ products, and they haven’t for some time, and so yes, this was expected.
3rd party sellers that are authorized dealers can have their own Prime Day deals on Amazon, but doing so would likely run afoul of their retail agreements.

No, Triple Camel/ camelcamelcamel is an Amazon price history and tracking company.
They were asking how to find the product of interest there.

Ok. That name makes more sense for that than a physical tool. Any drawbacks to signing up for triple camel’s service?

Some people use it for price notifications, but I don’t, as I find they don’t refresh pricing often enough. Certain Amazon promotions, discounts, and coupons don’t seem to register to them, but show up in my Amazon cart, wishlist, or during manual checks.
So, it can be a convenience, but with limits. I check them manually every so often when I want a rough price history, and it’s fine for that, but I have seen a lot of discrepancies with live or historical pricing.
The Streamlight MicroStream USB flashlight was $23 and change on Tuesday. CCC still shows a constant price of $30 going back to May.
The rOtring 800 mechanical pencil was on sale for $25. CCC never registered that price.
And so, if you were relying on the service for notifications of lower pricing on those items, you would have missed out. If they were in your cart and “saved for later,” you might have caught it. Of course, if you checked ToolGuyd, you would have seen the deal too. =)
