Black-and-Decker-ReadyWrench

Well looky here, it looks like there’s a new DogBone style wrench on the market. The Black & Decker MSW100 ReadyWrench is an all-in-one wrench that offers the 16 most popular standard and metric socket sizes.

“No more guesswork. No more lost or missing sockets. Stop wasting time searching for the right socket.”

We cannot quite figure out how 8 sockets can cover 16 fastener sizes, but with some work we dug up the following statement: “the sockets are cast to fit both standard and metric bolts with a special 6-point socket design, offering 16 socket options from 5/16″/ 8mm to 3/4″/19mm”.

We expect to see the ReadyWrench promoted as a great gift item as the holiday shopping season nears. The ReadyWrench will probably be a big hit amongst casual DIYers and homeowners.

The ReadyWrench is priced at about $30, which is more costly than other DogBone wrenches, but whereas those tools feature 8 different sizes per wrench, the ReadyWrench provides 16.

Your best bet would be to contact Black & Decker or your local Stanley tools dealer.
