Today only, Amazon has 2 Bosch 12V Max cordless tool kits on sale as part of their deal of the day. I almost dismissed the deals as “eh, okay,” before realizing that these are their brushless tool kits.
First, there’s the PS32 brushless drill/driver, bundled with a charger, case, and (2) 2.0Ah battery packs.

It’s a nice little drill, with 3/8″ chuck, 20+1 clutch settings, 0-400 and 0-1300 gearbox, and 265 in-lbs max torque rating. It fits nicely in my hands. I’d comment on runtime, bit it lasts so long that there’s not much else to say.
I have my test sample around here somewhere (thanks, Bosch!) in case anyone has quick questions.
The sale price is $99, which is the lowest I’ve ever seen. Look how excited I was last year, when the price of the kit dropped to $110 during the holiday season.

Next, the PS22 brushless screwdriver is on sale for $108. This is a great price, but not an all-time low. The next-best price I’ve ever seen was 2 years ago.
The PS22 is similar to the PS32 drill, but has a lower max torque – 180 in-lbs – and has a 1/4″ hex chuck instead of a drill chuck.

Both deals expire at 3am ET on 10/19/2017, unless supplies sell out sooner.

Adam’s commented prompted me to look into the Amazon Bosch free battery offer.

I just saw that you get a free 2.0ah 12v battery with the purchase of Bosch bare tools on Amazon right now. can’t find a good direct ink yet

Thanks! I dug up some details and links and added them to the end of the post.

🙁 Amazon does not ship this kit to Hawaii

I think the Dewalt 12V kit from Lowes at $99 is a better value (especially if you can drop to $79 using coupons) if you disregard all the platform extras.
Better yet, wait for and snag the Bosch 12V brushed drill+driver kit when it drops to $100 or lower.
Flexiclick kit got a $30 drop too.

I get your notifications of one day deals a day late. I’m on the west coast and usually check the computer quite late but….
Stuart
Not your fault.
Emails go out at 11am ET.
I try to check for one-day deals at the start of the day, but sometimes I cannot, and even when I get to a computer as fast as possible, the posts sometimes go up after the 11am automatic cut-off. The emails are then added to the next day’s email.
There’s not much I can do about this other than to say I’m sorry.
The headlines also go up on Facebook and Twitter, but I’m aware of how much it sucks to get a deal notification after it expires. I do whatever I can to avoid that happening, but sometimes even that’s enough.

The PS32 chuck is better than the one on the PS31; the locking mechanism is superior. And the one I received has ZERO lateral run-out, which is very unusual and quite welcome. I actually like the change that reduced the rubberized sections on the handle. The rubber tends to attract dirt and debris.
By the way, the current charger is not as good as the previous version. The new one is far slower. So I took the new charger to the office to along with my PS31, and kept the old charger for home use.
