Every time I see this kit on sale I look into it, and it seems to be a Home Depot special that was created to go on sale for the promo price of $299. That’s not a bad thing. Here’s a 4-tool kit for $319 on Amazon. It seems to be the same kit, but this HD deal has the addition of a reciprocating saw.

Grinder Deal

There’s also a Dewalt DWE402 angle grinder 2-pack on sale, for $99. A single grinder seems to be regularly priced at $90, so for less than $10 more you get a second grinder.

These are very highly regarded grinders, at a great price.

Rotary Hammer plus Grinder Deal

In this deal, you get a D25323K 8A 1″ SDS rotary hammer with kit box, and a bonus angle grinder, for $199.

Just the rotary hammer by itself seems to sell for around $260 to $300+.
