Some of the deals are really good, and are definitely worth a quick look. Please let us know if you have any questions or need help being pushed to one side of the fence.
- FlexVolt brushless 2.5 gal air compressor kit with bonus battery: $329
- DW745 compact table saw: $249
The Dewalt FlexVolt air compressor is a very convenient tool, and one of few of its kind currently on the market. Benjamen reviewed it here.
The DW745 portable table saw is a hugely popular model. The pricing doesn’t really get better than this. If you miss out on this deal, the DW745 and the next-up model always go on sale for the winter holiday season.

- DWS780 12″ sliding miter saw with rolling miter saw stand: $599
- 20V Max cordless cable stapler with bonus charger and 3.0Ah battery: $229
- 6 gallon pancake air compressor with brad nailer kit and bonus pin nailer: $299
- 20V Max oscillating multi-tool (DCS355) with bonus charger and 3.0Ah battery: $119
- 20V Max brushless angle grinder with bonus 3.0Ah battery and charger: $169
- 20V Max 4-tool cordless power tool combo kit plus bonus 2.0Ah battery: $249 (Compare on Amazon)
- 20V Max reciprocating saw with bonus 3.0Ah battery and charger: $109
- 20V Max cordless hammer drill kit with bonus 108pc mechanics tool set: $179
The oscillating multi-tool bundle seems like a good deal. There’s a new upgraded model coming out, and we’ve seen promo bundled at $99 before, but those bundles came with low capacity batteries. Technically this deal sells you the charger and battery and throws in the oscillating multi-tool as the bonus.
The 4-tool cordless combo kit seems like a good deal, with a discounted price and bonus battery compared to Amazon’s pricing. I’d be happy with (3) 2.0Ah batteries, but happier if one of those batteries were 3.0Ah or larger. You can use compact batteries with the saws, but for heavier duty use it’s not at all ideal.
The reciprocating saw deal seems like a good value, especially since it features Dewalt’s more premium model.

- FlexVolt 7pc carbide wood hole saw set: $40
- MaxFit 100pc screwdriving bit set: $15
- ToughSystem Radio + ToughSystem cooler combo: $299
- Tstak tool box plus bonus foam insert and 3/8″ impact socket set: $65
- Stud finder with bonus 9″ torpedo level: $25
- 65 ft laser distance measuring tool: $45
- Halogen boots: $55
- Titanium WP boots: $66
That ToughSystem Radio and cooler combo seems hard to pass up! It sounds great, and we only gave our review sample away for the opportunity to test the Tstak Radio, which sounds similar but has a smaller footprint. User feedback on the ToughSystem Cooler seems to be positive so far.
There is a new Dewalt Music 2.0 jobsite radio coming out, but we don’t know when.

That table saw is super cheap, it costs 695€ here in Finland ? too bad it uses 110v and not 230v or otherwise I would order one immediately

I’ve been eyeing the reciprocating saw for a little while. Nice boost on the battery made it worth it for me.
Very happy with performance of all my 20v DeWalt tools.

“Dewalt Cordless Power Tool Deals of the Day (9/18/2019)”
First picture is for a 15A corded table saw?? ???
Stuart
“Dewalt Cordless Power Tools, Corded Table Saw, ToughSytsem Weekend Combo, Power Tool Accessories, Tstak Bundle, Layout Tools Bundle, and Safety Footwear Deals of the Day” was a bit too wordy, and so I truncated it. =) The front page excerpt does mention “misc”…
Most of the deals are for cordless bundles.
Technically the existing title is 100% accurate. The post discusses the cordless power tool deals of the day. The other mentions are a… free bonus. =)
Chris I
yeah yeah alright!

Stuart, please mention in the title “It is just for Americans to read” so we don’t check these posts at all to avoid getting angry :))
Stuart
Sorry, but I don’t see a need to do that.
Altan
With $320 (approximately £250) I can buy just the batteries with the charger here in the UK and you get an extra cordless compressor in the US.

Any strong thoughts on this rolling miter saw stand vs. their non-rolling? I just figured I would grab the non-rolling stand and a 779 saw soon, but this might change things. I’m a little cramped for space in the garage, so I suppose that might be a deciding factor in the stands.
Josh Walters
In general the rolling stand is nicer, and it might fit your needs better since in a cramped garage the saw and stand fold up, taking up id guess a 2x2x4 foot area instead of requiring shelves for a saw and stand.
the big hang up with the rolling stand (and the 780) is usually cost. You can get a 779 (same saw minus shadow line iirc) and the fold up stand for what 400-500 on a deal? i know some stores will throw it in with purchase of the saw.
So with todays deal maybe the 100 bucks is worth it for the last saw you’ll ever need and the premium stand.
Patrick
Thanks Josh.

The 779 you can convert to the 780 by purchasing the 780’s handle, light, and switch for about $70. The kit and instructions for doing so are readily available.
Also, both stands have their uses. The rolling one is better for jobsites. In my case it is to be used in my garage and I plan on storing the saw in a rack and the stand on its side.
I’m going with the non-rolling (DWX723) because it has removable mounts (DW7231) and I can use it for multiple devices. I got 5 different sets of brackets. One for the miter saw, one for the planner, one for a router table top, one for the benchtop jointer, and one just in case. I will also get a couple of material support rollers (DW7027) to use on the outfeed side of the planner, and with some modification possibly on the Jointer’s too.
This will enable me to store all of the previously mentioned devices on some racking while maintaining some of the functionality of full fledged benches, tables, etc. commonly used with these devices. I am not currently home and won’t be for a couple of months but you can find pictures of solutions like these on Amazon’s reviews for the listed items.

The Flexvolt Air Compressor makes me angry. Includes bonus battery. Price without bonus battery $299, price with $329. So really buy an Air Compressor get an extra battery for $30.
Stuart
Yep, Home Depot does that sometimes.
