Sears Gladiator Tool Storage Sale

Sears’ 30%-off Gladiator Garage Storage sale ends this Saturday. We’re not the biggest fan of Gladiator, but their products are typically quite sturdy and robust. This won’t be your last chance to save on garage and shop storage products and there are bound to be a couple of holiday season sales worth waiting for.

It looks like this is a Craftsman Club sales week as well, where Club members can save 30% on Craftsman-branded garage organization.

Not that we’re in the habit of repeating ourselves, but there’s no harm in waiting a month or two to see what type of sales the holiday brings. But if you do order now, be sure to save an extra $5 on $50+ orders with coupon code SEARS2012.

My experience with the cabinets is that they are a good product but are packaged so poorly as to invite damage in shipping. If you can have them shipped to a Sears and then inspect them before loading in your truck – you might have a hot at getting them into your garage without major dents.

I really wouldn’t dare purchase one of their floor cabinets and rolling carts, but I have to admit that I absolutely dig the geartrack system. I have a couple of loft shelves and a wall cabinet installed on a set of tracks, and feel that they are quite sturdy.
