Hatch Tempest pliers are the most beautiful pliers that you’ll probably never buy, unless of course you’re an angler with a healthy budget. Tempest pliers are designed for fishing applications, so they’re lightweight, corrosion resistant, and durable.
Tempest pliers are made from 6061-T6 aluminum that is Type II anodized for optimal protection. The jaws and dual cutting blades are made from stainless steel that is nickel-plated for added corrosion resistance.

The jaws and cutting blades are factory-replaceable, ensuring that your investment will last for years.
In case it’s not quite obvious, the cutting blades are on both sides of the handles, right near the pivot. They can cut fishing line as well as small hooks and wires, and work with a shearing action as you squeeze the handles together.
There are two types of finishes – clear anodized with red accents, or grey nickel anodized with white accents. Each comes with a ballistic nylon sheath with belt loop.
Price: $200

What a pliers – and what a price!
I’ve been using a Sargent 1026 for years that I’d be surprised if I paid $20 for and back 40 years ago came with a leather belt sheath. If I hadn’t oiled it regularly the Sargent would probably be a chunk of rust – but it still works for me – but alas it now seems to cost $55:

They look epic although I’m not that much into utilitarian jewelry.

This company made price that not many people will spend 200$ for pliers. It looks great, Bad business policy. why it cost 200$ made with aluminium? PureTitanium may cost near that price. Hopefully chinese copy makers are working to make a prototyple or fake one
