The combo kit (compare price) comes with Dewalt’s DCD771 drill/driver, DCF885 impact driver, a standard charger, 2x 1.3Ah Li-ion battery packs, and a carrying case. The everyday price at HD for this kit is $179.
Note: 1.3Ah is lower capacity than Dewalt’s first generation compact battery capacity of 1.5Ah.
The mechanics tool set, model DWMT75000, doesn’t seem to have existed before this deal. Home Depot is the ONLY place this mechanics tool set can be found, and they listed it for $199. It looks like these are Dewalt’s standard mechanics tools, and it also looks like you get a lot of value for the money.
If you don’t mind that this bundle comes with Dewalt’s “special buy” drill/driver, it looks to be an okay buy. Hey, you’re getting that 200-piece mechanics tool set for what, $15 over the cost of just the drill and impact driver combo.
$194 for the bundle seems like a good bargain.

BUT…
I think you should also look at the Dewalt DCKTS340C2 cordless combo kit, which comes with the same drill, impact driver, batteries, and charger, but adds in an LED worklight and ToughSystem tool storage case, for $169, or $164 after HDHOLIDAY coupon.
Then you have $30 left over to put towards the mechanics tool set if your choosing, whether by Dewalt or another brand.
I should reiterate – I don’t like the idea of consumerized drills. But, you can’t beat the value of this ToughSystem combo kit value, at least not for $164.

That socket set looks very similar to Stanley’s 201 piece set. Stanley’s set goes for $50-$60.
