Home Depot just launched new tool deals of the day, featuring mostly Milwaukee cordless power tools, and there other brands and types of products mixed in.
Some of these deals are really good values, and feature further discounts stacked on top of existing promos. For example, instead of $399 for the M18 Fuel brushless 2-tool combo kit bundled with the M18 inflator, this deal offers the same exact bundle for $60 less.
Here are some highlights from today’s sale.

Milwaukee M18 Fuel Hammer Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit with Inflator – $339.97
This is similar to Home Depot’s free tools offer, where you can buy the M18 Fuel brushless hammer drill and impact driver kit for $399 and choose a free gift. However, this bundle chooses the M18 inflator for you and throws in a $60 discount.
Milwaukee M18 Brushless Hammer Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit with M18 Fuel Router – $243.97
Similarly, this bundle gives you the M18 compact brushless hammer drill and impact driver combo kit, which is part of the free tools promo for $299, and throws in the M18 Fuel cordless router. Going with this bundle saves you an extra $55.
Milwaukee M12 Fuel Right Angle Die Grinder with High Output Battery – $149
The M12 Fuel right angle die grinder is an excellent and highly-regarded tool that’s said to be 20% more powerful than pneumatic, and it’s bundled with an HO 2.5Ah battery. This deal saves you $70 compared to next-best offer I can find right now.

Milwaukee M12 Fuel Straight Die Grinder with High Output Battery – $159
You can get a similar straight die grinder and HO battery bundle, which saves you $40 compared to the next-best deal I can find on it right now.
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Mid-Torque Impact Wrench with Polisher and High Output Batteries – $399
In what looks to be the best deal today, you get the Milwaukee M18 Fuel mid-torque impact wrench, which retails for $249 by itself, and the M18 Fuel DA polisher, which is currently $299 by itself. So that’s $548 worth of tools for $399, and that’s not even talking about the two High Output 6Ah batteries!
The batteries are currently $199 for the 2-pack. Thus, you get around $747 in value from the tools and batteries, and yet the price is just $399.
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Framing Nailer with Safety Glasses – $309
The framing nailer is selling for $329 by itself right now, meaning that the tinted safety glasses are being thrown in alongside $20 savings.
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Brad Nailer with Safety Glasses – $234.99
The brad nailer is $249 by itself right now, and regularly even higher. These must be some magical safety glasses to drop the price by $15.
Milwaukee 30pc SAE and Metric Combinaton Wrench Set – $179
We’ve seen this deal before on Milwaukee’s excellent combo wrench set bundle. I’ve got the same wrenches in my main tool box and think highly of their quality and performance.
Milwaukee 10pc Locking Pliers Set – $99.97
Just under $100 for 10 locking pliers seems great. I like the design a lot, but can’t say I’ve ever actually tightened my Milwaukee Torque Lock locking pliers with a screwdriver through the adjustment screw.
Stiletto 7-inch Carpenter Square with Level – $79.97
Cheaper carpenter squares are just fine for most people. If you want something a step up, come back to this one for a closer look.
Dewalt Atomic Cordless Oscillating Multi-Tool with PowerStack Battery and Charger – $149
If the PowerStack battery isn’t a must-have for you, I think Amazon’s XR 3-speed oscillating multi-tool kit is a better deal at a lower price.
Dewalt DCD794D1 Atomic Cordless Drill Kit with 5Ah Battery – $149
This bundle gives you a 5Ah battery for $50 on top of the $99 for Home Depot’s Dewalt Atomic series cordless drill kit. If you were going to get this brushless drill kit anyway, I think the 5Ah battery is definitely worth more than $50.
Bosch Laser Level Complete Kit GRL2000-40HVK – $799
This looks to be a well-equipped outdoors horizontal and vertical laser level kit. Shopping around, Lowe’s has the same kit for $1,049.
Acme Tools actually has a BETTER deal right now where coupons (one automatic and one you add in your cart) drop the price from 1,049 to $729. You’re welcome!
Dewalt 20V Max 5Ah Cordless Power Tool Battery 3-Pack – $199
This seems like a good deal, but you might also want to consider the Dewalt starter kit and free gift option, which gets you 3 different batteries with total charge capacity of 16Ah, plus a charger, for the same $199.

$99 on the Milwaukee M12 grease gun with 2.5Ah deal is the best I’ve seen all season on that – next lowest I saw was $129. Just ordered that and the under hood light!

The hood light is one of my favorite lights. I use it almost daily as a general worklight, camping light, under the truck light, etc. it’d be perfect if they’d gave it some slide out mini tripod legs, Unlike the Dewalt version, it can be completely removed from the hood clamp for alternative uses.

That is an excellent deal. I’d been watching for a deal like that for about a year, and would have absolutely pulled the trigger if this came up, but in the meantime I got extremely lucky when Harbor Freight had a Hercules deal for $100 for a grease gun and a battery/charger starter kit. On top of that, they did $25 off $100 in a rare coupon that stacked. Hard to beat all that for $75! Great gun too!

I had bought the DA polisher + sawzall + (2) 6.0’s a couple weeks ago just to get the polisher for close to $150 or so after selling off the batts and saw, but this deal is even better – that fuel impact will sell on MP for about the same price as the sawzall – should be able to end up with the polisher for about $100 when the pieces are sold off. HD is again the king off crazy good deals.
Picked up the grease gun deal just to get another 2.5 battery, the grease gun alone will easily sell off for about $120 by itself…

I have the large straight jaw torque lock pliers and they have held up well. When your hands get old and tired the torque lock becomes useful. Just ordered the 10 piece set and Home Depot honors the veterans discount. Vice grip quality at harbor freight prices.

The M18 Planer is $230 and has great reviews. The Dewalt special with a 6ah, 4ah and charger includes the Xr max planer for $199. I’m not ready to buy the Milwaukee. I never see it on sale. I really wanted to keep my tools with one battery system (and Ryobi for specialty stuff) but there are always some tools from Dewalt that I would prefer. This might be the way for me to rationalize getting two batteries and a charger.

The Dewalt 20v planer is not a great choice as the dust port is fixed one side. So rare not to be flipping my cordless plane dust orientation multiple times in any given situation, either for vac hose clearance, wall or ceiling clearance or chip spray preference. Total fail to have one without switchable dust port exhaust

In the ‘FWIW’ category, I’ve had (2) M12 inflators and one M18 inflator, and none were worth a darn. All three crapped out after light use an dthe warranty had expired.

That’s an odd experience that all 3 died. We have 2 M12 and 2 M18 inflators that have been going strong. The M12s are 3-4 years old and the m18s are of course less than 2 years old, since it looks like they were released in early 2022. I’m pretty sure they have a 5 year warranty so I’m n confused on how yours would be out of warranty already.
