Home Depot just updated their best in-store-only Milwaukee cordless power tool doorbuster tool deals with a new free delivery option!
I really wanted to visit my local Home Depot store on Black Friday to pick up some of the new Milwaukee doorbuster deals, seeing as how they were only available in-store, but I was put off by the thought of the crowds and traffic.
I checked during the day, and online ordering was disabled, which was a bummer. I checked again just now, and they enabled online ordering for Cyber Weekend, and also threw in free delivery.

Free deliver implies that they’re going to pick your order from the store and drive it to your home, a service that usually requires a hefty fee. That seems like a huge upgrade and time-saver to me.
Basically, you can now order Milwaukee’s M12 and M18 in-store-only doorbusters online and get them delivered fast, at no added cost, and without having to drive to the store. These are the same tool deals, but you can get them with far less hassle.
Here are the deals:
Milwaukee M12 Cordless Screwdriver Kit – $59
Milwaukee M12 6Ah Battery – $49
Milwaukee M12 4Ah Battery 2-Pack plus Wall Dock – $99
Milwaukee M18 Top Off Power Supply plus a Battery – $99
Milwaukee M18 Packout Bluetooth Speaker and Radio – $199
Milwaukee M12 Hackzall Cordless Reciprocating Saw Kit – $79
Some of these Milwaukee cordless power tool deals were already fantastic bargains, and the free delivery makes them even sweeter. I put this post on hold to place a gift order for the M12 cordless screwdriver, and am very strongly considering getting one for myself as soon as I’m done here.
Don’t hesitate like I’m doing now. I knew I wanted to get the M12 screwdriver for someone else, and I placed my order right away. According to what it said at checkout, it’ll be delivered within a few hours. For myself, I’ll think it over, but I won’t take long.

Supplies are limited for most of these deals, and as they were designated as doorbusters most of the discounted prices will only be available for a limited time – if they don’t sell out.
Here are more details on the Milwaukee cordless power tool doorbuster deals:

Milwaukee M12 Cordless Screwdriver Kit – $59
The M12 compact cordless screwdriver is a convenient sidekick for lighter fastening tasks. It comes with 2x 1.5Ah batteries and a charger.
(There’s another special buy where you gain a 3/8″ cordless ratchet and lose one of the batteries for $40 more.)

Milwaukee M12 6Ah Battery – $49
This is the battery to choose for lighter duty tools and applications where you want to maximize runtime, such as for powering heated gear, worklights, or radios.

Milwaukee M12 XC 4Ah Battery 2-Pack plus Packout Wall Rack – $99
If you’re thinking that you just want the batteries and not the Packout wall rack, consider that the M12 XC 3Ah battery 2-pack is a special buy at $79 right now. For $20 more, you get higher capacity batteries. It’s great if you can use the Packout wall rack, but the deal is still a good value if you don’t.
3Ah + 3Ah for $79 comes out to $13.17 per amp-hour of charge capacity. 4Ah + 4Ah for $99 comes out to $12.38. This is a better deal for just the batteries, with the Packout accessory being sprinkles on the icing.

Milwaukee M18 Top Off Power Supply plus a Battery – $99
The M18 Top-Off is a power adapter with built-in 175W AC inverter and both USB-C and USB-A ports for charging your electronics or devices.
It’s a holiday season special buy right now for $99. With this deal, you get the Top-Off power supply and an M18 compact High Output 3Ah battery for the same $99 price. I think that’s a great deal for an appealing combination.
You’ll need a way to charge the battery – the Top-Off doesn’t have that built-in. It fits all Milwaukee M18 batteries and has separate on/off buttons for the AC receptacle and USB ports.

Milwaukee M18 Packout Bluetooth Speaker and Radio – $199
The Packout radio is one of the most featured jobsite speakers I’ve ever had the pleasure of testing and listening to, with 10 speakers including a subwoofer, built-in battery charging, weather-sealed compartments, and terrific sound quality.
The jobsite radio is normally $299, and I don’t believe it has ever been discounted by this much before. And remember, you don’t have to connect it to other Packout products, it can be used standalone. For that matter, you don’t even need to have any Milwaukee M18 batteries, as it has a built-in AC power cord.

Milwaukee M12 Hackzall Cordless Reciprocating Saw Kit – $79
This is Milwaukee’s lighter duty one-handed reciprocating saw. Many users will be quick to say that the M12 Fuel model is more powerful – and they’re right – but this kit will get you going and cutting a range of materials for under $80.
It’s a big step up to upgrade to the M12 Fuel brushless saw.
Home Depot’s Other Doorbuster Tool Deals
Home Depot also enabled online ordering and free delivery for their Dewalt cordless power tool doorbuster deals. Some of the other deals I just checked now have online ordering enabled, but you can only opt for in-store pickup or paid delivery. A couple are still only available in stores.
Adding free delivery to the Milwaukee cordless power tool deals is a very welcome move by Home Depot, and I think it’s going to deplete inventory fast.
Here are the other doorbuster deals that were in-store-only for Black Friday, along with notes based on what I’m seeing:
Milwaukee 25′ Compact Tape Measure – $9.97 (in-store only)
Milwaukee 19oz Smooth Face Hammer – $14.97 (in-store only)
Milwaukee 125pc Impact Duty Screwdriver Bit Set – $24.88 (free in-store pickup)
Gorilla Ladders 18′ Multi-Position Ladder – $89 (in-store only)
Werner 6′ 300 lb Capacity Fiberglass Stepladder – $59.88 (in-store-only)
Dewalt 20V Max 3Ah Battery 3-Pack – $99 (free delivery, very low inventory)
Dewalt 20V/60V Max 12Ah Battery – $149 (free delivery)
Dewalt FlexVolt Brushless Circular Saw – $149 (free delivery)
Dewalt 20V Max 6Ah Battery and Charger – $99 (free delivery, very low inventory)
Ryobi 18V 2-Tool Cordless Power Tool Combo Kit – $79.88 (free in-store pickup)
Ryobi USB Lithium Cordless Screwdriver – $19.88 (free in-store pickup)
Ryobi 18V Cordless Drill Kit – $39.88 (free in-store pickup)
Ryobi 18V Cordless Hand Vacuum Kit – $69.97 (in-store only)
Ryobi 18V Cordless Vacuum (Tool-Only) – $99 (free delivery)
Where free delivery is not possible, I recommend at least in-store pickup for items that have low inventory counts. The last thing you want is for a deal to sell out while you’re en route to your local Home Depot store.

The Milwaukee m12 6AH battery was free delivery until got into my cart and then added $79 for delivery???
Kyle Altendorf
That sounds like the truck delivery fee as opposed to shipping delivery?
Ron
The 6ah batteries are sold out in my area, no delivery available
So I added the 2pk 4ah to my cart. Again, not available in my area, but delivery was an option………for $35.00. I’ll pass.
Stuart
I am still seeing free delivery on all of the cordless power tool doorbusters, in my cart and also when following it through to checkout. Maybe they completely sold out within a certain distance from you?
Ron
That seems to be the case. No biggie. Maybe similar deals will come back around.
Adam
I don’t think they triggered true delivery, just allowing what stores have stock of to be sold at doorbuster prices. The only delivery for the PackOut radio, is showing 5, the same as store pickup.
We all know the warehouse has more than 5 of those
Ron
Guess they’re called “Door” busters for a reason
avi
Sounds about right, but maybe they’re also doing some regional grouping for delivery, because for the 2 pack of 4.0 m12 batteries I’m seeing 3 available for pickup today but 5 available for delivery tomorrow
Stuart
No, they really did activate free delivery.
I ordered the M12 screwdriver kit for my cousin in the middle of the night, and she received it earlier today. If I recall there was a 12-hour delivery window, and I could have paid more for a 4-hour window.
The delivery confirmation pic and the photos she sent me has delivered-from-store type stickers, and I received an emailed copy of the receipt from their local store. It was delivered as you’d pick it up at the store; it wasn’t boxed up.
The entire ordering and delivery process mirrors what I’ve experienced with other orders where I paid for local delivery.
I’d assume this means there are 5 radios within free delivery distance of you.
For certain holiday deals, ALL of the products are in stores, and they won’t be replenished when they sell out. Season-long deals will usually be stocked in store and at warehouses for online order fulfillment.

Federal Way WA store only has in store pickup available, for the cordless screwdriver, still a good deal, I will run up later.
Dan
Might just be my store, but they cancelled two orders that I placed for delivery (tried changing to tomorrow rather than today), but a store pickup order for the same item at the same price was fulfilled and sent me a ready for pickup notification.
Joel
Saw the same deal when I was ordering some tools, delivery before 8pm, so I opted for it, it was free. That was yesterday, no delivery. Today I got notice that they still can’t deliver it, but I can come pick it up. They rescheduled the delivery for Monday. I guess Home Depot doesn’t know how to do what they promise anymore. Second time for me with their online ordering going bonkers
Stuart
My order was delivered quickly without any hiccups. Maybe your local store is understaffed or received too many orders in a short time.
Julian Tracy
I use the Milwaukee m18 finish nailers with my Dewalt batteries via cheap Amazon adapters… this year’s BF sales, I’ve bought the two M18 4K range lights / package deals to see which is a better fit for me.
The 4000lumen at $99 BF price, and the 4200lumen three panel at $199 w/ two 5.0 + charger deal. I already own the Makita 10K lumen as well as the M12 1400lumen rocket tower and a bunch of smaller ones, but figured I’d try the m18 4K series as a medium small, light weight all rounder.
Mike
I ordered a DW deal a few days ago with no charge today delivery and the delivery was passed to Wal-Mart and delivered within 3 hours. Amazing.
Larry H
I really wanted the M12 4Ah battery 2-pack deal. It adds $79 shipping fee. Same story with adding other items. Likely that 72 miles away from my nearest HD will never qualify for free delivery? Maybe because of low inventory?
Free next day delivery *
* Subject to Availability

5 available for delivery, 1 in stock.
Stuart
Delivery typically involves courier-type delivery from a local store. I don’t know what the distance threshold could be, but I’d bet it’s much smaller than 72 miles. Sorry. I’ll also keep an eye out for shippable deals.
avi
Well Stuart, you got me on the m12 hackzall, (figured if need more power I’d upgrade to an m18 sawzall and skip the m12 fuel). As it’s my first I also need a pack of blades, just I’d recommend Milwaukee’s 25 piece over the 13 piece seeing as they are both about $25. And as far as I can tell they’re the same type except from the pictures the 13 piece torch has more graphics on the blade. Unless that symbolizes a newer updated version?
Stuart
The 16pc set for $20 comes with 2 carbide-tooth blades.
Let’s see…
The 13pc blade set is showing up at $26 online.
The 25pc set is showing up at $24 online, and doesn’t seem to be stocked in stores.
There are slight differences, but looking at what you get, I agree 100% that the 25pc blade set seems like a much better value.
I hope the recip saw serves you well!
Tdot77
Wow! That 25 pcs set is crazy cheap! My store(#1234 – Buffalo) doesn’t have in stock but ‘ship to store’ and ‘home (parcel} delivery’ are free – 2300+ are available, but limit of 5 per purchase. The 16 pcs set is a real good deal too with the 2 carbide blades. These are really good quality blades! ‘Torch’ blades are real nice too! Now I gotta go buy some because they’re ~$1\ea, too cheap to pass up even though I don’t need them right now, I have quite a few assorted blades around.
PS the plastic blade carry cases are ok but end up always breaking. So my solution was to get a ~12″ piece of 2″(or 1.5″)PVC, glue test cap on one end and a cleanout adapter\screw cap on opposite end. Very durable storage ‘case’ for ‘sawzall’ blades or SDS+ bits too!
Happy Holidays
