Home Depot has new tool deals of the day for July 5, 2025.
As usual, today’s tool deals at HD features Dewalt, Milwaukee, Ryobi, and Ridgid tool deals, mainly cordless power tool kits, bundles and various accessories.
There are some repeating deals, but also enough new ones to warrant a quick look.

Here are some of the discounts and bargains that stood out to me:
Milwaukee M12 FUEL Cordless Hammer Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit with 3/8″ Ratchet – $199
Ryobi 18V 12pc Cordless Power Tool Combo Kit – $629
While this kit doesn’t feature Ryobi’s more premium brushless tools or accessories, it has a lot of stuff, including a cordless miter saw. It only comes with 2 batteries – I’d buy more via one of their ongoing “Ryobi Days” promos: Ryobi Days 2025: Free Cordless Power Tool Deals.
Dewalt 20V Max XR Impact Driver Kit with PowerStack and Compact Batteries – $149
This deal is also available elsewhere: Amazon Deal on the 2nd Best Dewalt Impact Driver.

Milwaukee M12 Fuel Surge Quiet Impact Driver Kit plus 3/8″ Ratchet – $159
If you want a different bundled tool, there’s a separate free tool bundle at $179.
Milwaukee M12 Fuel 4-in-1 Installation Drill/Driver Kit with Soldering Iron – $169
You can choose other freebie options here too, for $30 more.
Milwaukee M18 2-Battery Starter Kit with Cordless Random Orbit Sander – $149
Milwaukee M12 Fuel Brushless Extended Reach High Speed Ratchet Kit with Cordless Spot Blower – $299
Not every bundle makes perfect sense. This deal saves you an extra $50 compared to the other freebie selection options.
Ryobi 18V Cordless Multi-Material Saw Kit – $99
Dewalt 20V Max Brushless Impact Driver with PowerStack Battery Kit – $119
Ryobi 18V One+ HP Brushless Table Saw – $259
Dewalt 20V Max PowerStack 1.7Ah and 5Ah Starter Kit – $149
Milwaukee M18 2-Battery Starter Kit with Top-Off Power Inverter – $149
Dewalt 20V Max XR Brushless Circular Saw Kit with PowerStack 5Ah Battery – $229
Dewalt 20V Max FlexVolt Advantage Cordless Air Compressor with 50ft Hose – $169
Even if you don’t need the air hose, this deal bundle saves you $50 compared to the tool-only air compressor by itself.
Milwaukee Compact FastBack Utility Knife 3-Pack – $19.97
Dewalt 20V Max Cordless Impact Driver Kit with PowerStack 1.7Ah Battery – $119
Deals end at 3am ET 7/6/25 unless supplies sell out sooner.

The DeWalt compressor with hose is a steal!

Quite certain we haven’t seen the PackOut Fan show up on Special Buy before. $109 today
Mike

Thanks Stuart. I was about to buy the deal you posted the other day. The M18 2 battery starter kit with free tool for $199, and select the power inverter as the free tool. Decided to check back here and saw your link for $149. Thanks for the extra $50.
Adam
The kit you were likely looking at the other day had 2x 5ah batteries & no charger. Where as the $149 kit has a 2ah, 5ah, & charger.
What makes it more confusing is, they also have the 2x5ah bundle as part the specials today, for $183.33.
So the question is, do you value a 5ah for $33 more than a 2ah + charger?
Daniel
The Home Depot definitely has some confusing deals. The one I had been looking at was the same kit with the 2 ah and 5 ah battery and a free tool. They still have it for $199.
I do like having smaller batteries like a 2ah for some tasks.

Those are concurrent deals. https://14cyiuhvcgv.com/free-milwaukee-m18-cordless-power-tool-deals-home-depot-july-2025/%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E
$149 is definitely better than $199.
They also have the Top-Off with 2x 5Ah batteries for $189 today.
I see these particular deals of the day as coming from sort of an “okay, you’ve been thinking about it but haven’t decided yet, how about we sweeten the discount” type of thinking.
@Daniel, They don’t normally have Saturday deals of the day, but I thought I’d check just in case. I’m glad it helped!

All my power tools are M12 and 18v Ridgid. Until now no M18 tools in the arsenal.
I have a project for the wife coming up where I need a nailer and a router. My 25 year old Porter Cable finish nailer is broken and the Black & Decker router handed down from my Dad just won’t cut it. For the project I really wanted the M18 18 gauge nailer and the M18 compact router, so I needed some batteries to go along with them. Didn’t really need the power inverter, but it certainly could come in handy. This sale came in at the right time. Add in the 10% military discount and I feel like I got a good deal on everything.

Thought you said you had rigid tools on sale I didn’t see any rigid nothing and rigid the better brand than all of them
Stuart
The one-day deals ended yesterday, but there are bound to be more.
