Home Depot kicked off yet another tool deals of the day sales event, featuring tools from Dewalt, Milwaukee, Ryobi, Ridgid, and a couple of other tool brands.
Did you think the deals and discounts were over? Luckily, they’re not, and there are some new promos mixed in with returning ones.
The deals end at 3am ET 11/30/23 unless supplies sell out sooner.

Following are the deals I found most interesting, but there are also a bunch of Husky workshop and garage cabinet deals, Milwaukee power tool accessories, hand tools, and more.

Ryobi 18V Cordless Inflator Kit – $59
This cordless inflator is good for filling up tires, sports balls, inflatables, and other such things. $59 for a complete kit seems like a great price, especially given how useful a tool like this can be.

Ridgid 18V Cordless Pruner Kit – $179
Is this a cordless pruner, or a compact lopper? Either way, it trims branches with less user fatigue.

Dewalt Folding Saw Horse 2-Pack – $69.97

A pair of metal saw horses can do a lot. These Dewalt saw horses have a 2000 lb capacity and fold up for storage and transport.

Dewalt Atomic Oscillating Multi-Tool with PowerStack Starter Kit – $149
I’m on the fence about whether this is a recommendable deal or not, but I’ll let you choose.
Personally, I’d choose the premium XR oscillating tool with 2Ah battery kit for $129 at Acme Tools instead.

Milwaukee M18 Fuel 3-Tool Cordless Power Tool Combo Kit – $349
This is similar to Home Depot’s “buy a 2-tool starter kit and get a free tool” promo, but saves you an extra $50. It coms with an M18 Fuel brushless hammer drill, impact driver, angle grinder, 2x batteries, and a charger.
There are a couple of other options on the main deals page, with the third tool being a jig saw or Hackzall reciprocating saw instead of the grinder.

Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless Blower 2-Pack with High Output Batteries – $549
Who buys two of the same cordless blower? If you’re raising your hand, this deal is for you.

Milwaukee Mobile Workbench Tool Cabinet with Pegboard Back – $1197
This Milwaukee mobile workbench isn’t always available. It could go on sale later in the season, or this could be a “now or never” type of deal.

Dewalt 20V Max XR Cordless Barrel Grip Jig Saw with 2 Batteries – $199
We’ve seen this same deal bundle earlier this month at the same price, also during a Home Depot tool deals of the day sale. It should be safe to take some time to think it over.

Ryobi 18V Cordless Brad Nailer Kit P322K – $159
This bundle gives you the Ryobi AirStrike nailer, a 4Ah battery, and a charger for less than most brands’ tool-only cordless nailers.

Ryobi 40V Cordless Ice Auger Drill – $349
That’s… unexpected. It looks like this is Ryobi’s cordless earth auger but equipped with an 8″ ice auger drill bit. You also get a 4Ah battery and charger.

Ridgid 18V Cordless String Trimmer – $149
Ridgid now has a cordless string trimmer too.
Consider this different “free with purchase” offer instead, where you get the trimmer plus 2x batteries and a charger for $179.

Ridgid 18V Cordless Leaf Blower Kit – $199
Oh boy, this Ridgid deal BLOWS! Sorry, it’s ben a week since I could sneak this joke in somewhere.
Home Depot has many more tools on sale, check them out if you have a chance:
Home Depot also has PRO tool deals of the week going on right now.
Here are some more deals at other retailers:

I thought you were taking a break….sometimes I think I’m nuts how much time I take to check the site a couple of times a day….I can’t imagine how much time this takes you!!
Stuart
I’m… working on that. I’m hoping to get back to normal hours by the end of this week.
For good or bad, there’s no such thing as work-life separation when you love what you do.

Is there any way to get notifications when new articles post? Also the “Notify me of follow-up comments by email.” has been broken for awhile. Never get any email notifications.
Stuart
Daily update emails go out at 11am EST, and I’ll push a second email if a time-sensitive deal post goes up afterwards.
If you want more frequent updates than that, you can use 3rd party services to get notifications when the RSS is updated.
For comment follow-up, I’ve talked with the service provider who says there’s nothing wrong. I’ve tested it, and it works. They couldn’t find any problems, and neither could I.
The reader that complained about similar wasn’t getting confirmation emails, which need to be approved before a comment follow-up subscription is activated. The service told me the email confirmation isn’t being blocked and that there was no record of the reader signing up for any comment notification emails in the first place.
The reader had success signing up for a free WordPress account to manage comment subscriptions. I spoke to the service and the reader’s subsequent subscription attempt was the first they’ve seen associated to that reader’s email address.
If there’s something wrong, I need more details on what you’re seeing or not seeing. Otherwise, tech support is going to tell me the function isn’t broken and is user/reader error again.
I can’t replicate the error, and the tech support have nothing in their logs for the reader I tried to help last month.
I can investigate why this isn’t working for your and your email specifically, but it’ll take time. If you’re signing up and not seeing confirmation emails, the easiest and quickest resolution is for you to sign up for a WordPress account and then try again. That’s a known fix to a problem I’m told doesn’t exist.
My feeling is that there’s a bug or browser conflict with the sign-up process.
mike
probably an adblock or privacybadger plugin conflicting with the signup.

@Mike
That’s what I’ve been thinking.

Truth. Just ask my wife (or accountant) how much (non-billable!!) time I spend “organizing” my truck and shop. Haha.
As someone else mentioned, that ice auger is a cool idea, although…that’s one more thing to worry about on the skidoo, plus you’ll need spare batteries, and if the ice is cutting nicely, well a manual auger is just fine, and if it isn’t, well you’re going to run through batteries. Although I can see it being nice to re-open holes that are frozen over…anyway a little gimmicky but I like it!! Although I won’t buy it.

Ryobi makes a lot of good products, many are surprising performers given the low price. But the 737 model inflator is not one of them, in my opinion. It’s probably fine if you need to inflate the occasional sports ball or maybe small tires on lawn equipment now and then–small, infrequent, low pressure applications. However, it is not capable of performing at its rated pressures and duty cycles, and given its extremely flimsy plastic internals–even the piston, cylinder, and connecting rod–I would not expect durability out of it either. I was disappointed having paid $30 for my older variant which had an analog gauge.

I’ve had the larger inflator/deflator for several years and it’s been great. It uses little battery power and has inflated a flat car tire enough to get me to a repair shop. I’ve pumped up sports balls, air mattresses, car/bike tires, and kids’ pools.

I’ve been fairly happy with my Ryobi inflator – looks about the same as this one but with a needle gauge. My kids use it regularly for their bike tires and I use it sometimes to top off my car tires at 30-40 psi. It takes a while to fill up the car tires for sure, but it’s not showing signs of giving up after 5ish years in my garage.
But my true love among Ryobi inflators is the one that’s for air mattresses, pool toys, etc. I use that thing all the time to blow off woodworking surfaces, keep my blade clear of sawdust at the scroll saw, you name it. Love that thing, it goes everywhere with me.

Ice auger is a great gift idea for any ice fishing enthusiasts!
I’ve said it before but Ryobi has a great retail model: inexpensive reasonable home owner/light DIY quality tools with a common battery platform. And they’re not afraid to put out “gadgets” more suited to camping/outdoor activities vs a job site. Stuff like a fan, cooler, ice auger etc.
I really think Dewalt, Milwaukee and some of the other pro brands are missing out. Heck even if they were worried about diluting their brand image with a potentially low quality tool just license your battery platform. Think mini bike powered by 60v DeWalt. I guess I’ll just have to stick to buying eBay adapters and powering random goofy stuff with my DeWalt batteries.

Toolnut is doing a tiered (up to 25% off) deal on Milwaukee – using code REDVIP
They say $25 off $100 to $100 off $400 or more
