Lowe’s took their Kobalt 9-drawer rolling tool box, and launched it with a pink powder coat finish.
The roller cabinet, which Lowe’s describes as a mobile workbench, features a wood top, 9 ball bearing drawers, and 2-inch casters.
They describe the tool box as having “9 different sized drawers,” which is inaccurate; it has 1 full-width drawer on top, 6 shallow drawers, and 2 deep drawers.

There’s a power strip on the side, as well as a power cord holder. The tubular handle is color-matched to the tool box.
Dimensions: 46.1″ L x 37.2″ H x 18.1″ D
Weight: 180 lbs
It’s similar to other Kobalt tool boxes, but in pink.
Price: $398

I’m seeing 500+ sold in the last week, can definitely see this being a popular box. Launch before Mother’s Day would have been wise if it wasn’t

Jason, I saw these just around Mother’s Day at my local Lowe’s. Next to identical ones done in the tattered USA flag style.

I just saw it in Lowe’s this am. They had a whole lineup in the main aisle that goes along the middle of the store. I pulled out the top drawer and…..it felt cheap.

Yes. Lowe’s is so consistently “on brand”!

Seems like a smart idea on Lowe’s part.
Lots of comments on the seasonal mini tool boxes were people specifically buying the white and pink options for women in their life.
I would imagine this is geared similarly as the mini tool boxes. Less for greasy metal tools, and more for craft/job related tools or spaces.

Bought my wife a black Husky tool cabinet earlier in the year to house her crafting supplies. I’m sure she would have picked this if it was available, as she already has the pink mini tool box.
