Over at Acme Tools, they have a Makita coupon offer deal of the day, today only, 11/19/2020.
You can save $10 off $100+ orders, $20 off $150+ orders, or $30 off $200+.

“Big deal,” I can hear you say, “they also have a $25 off $100+.” That is true. BUT, the WINTER25 coupon code has a ton of exclusions.
The $25 off $100+ promo shows 36 lines of model numbers exclusions on my desktop computer browser window, amounting to hundreds of tools that are not eligible for the discount.
This new one-day deal, however, has just 2 lines of SKUs excluded from this promo:
AN924, CT225SYX, CT232, CX200RB, CX301RB, CX401SYB, XDT131, XFD131, XLC02R1B, XLC02RB1W, XNB01Z, XNB02Z, XT269M, XT269R, XT446T, XT447T, XT505, XT613X1, XT801X1, XT614SX1, XWT04S1, BL1830B, BL1830B-2, BL1850B-2, BL1860B, BL1860B-2, BL1840BDC2, BL1850BDC2, BL1830B-3, E-01650, E-01666, E-01672, E-01688
That’s it. In other words, if you tried the Makita $25 off $100 promo and it didn’t work on what you wanted to buy, try this one. $10 off $100, $20 off $150, and $30 off $200 is a lot better than $0 off any amount.

Acme has the same deal for Dewalt – using code DEWALTGIFT

True, but there’s also the FallSale $20 off $150+.
https://14cyiuhvcgv.com/dewalt-20-off-150-promo-112020/%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E
This Dewalt deal of the day looks to have just as many exclusions (the fine print link above shows that too), and so it didn’t seem as noteworthy.
I’m waiting for the Dewalt $25 off $100 to come back in hopes there are fewer restrictions.

If anyone is in the market for a small, ultra-quiet compressor I can vouch for the MAC210Q. Great design and microwave oven quiet. The compressor is $199 but if you add a $1.57 nut driver (A-97097) to get you over the $200 hump it takes you down to $170 with free shipping. That’s a good deal on a heck of a compressor.

Some other emails I got about deals:

Almost want to pull the trigger on 12″ dual bevel miter saw XSL07Z, but I have to stop holiday shopping for me and focus on family. Darn it!

Let’s see…
Looking at the Acme Listing…
If in your shoes, I would make a deal with myself. I would fight the temptation and pass on the deal now, but if Acme has a 10% or better promo for Black Friday or Cyber Monday, I’d snag it then.
*In a devilish whisper* Maybe you could use this to MAKE gifts for your family?
In all seriousness, if this is something that you want, and not something that you need, I would pass on $30 savings. If somehow a 10% or better promo applied, you’d save at least 2.6X times this amount on the $789 sticker price.
$30 is $30, but I’d hold. Ignoring for a moment that you want to spend the budget on your family, I’d consider this:
This Sale: $30 off
Potential 10% Discount: $79 off.
Potential 15% discount: $118 off.
Potential 15% discount w/ cap: $100 off.
Acme Tools has had $50 and $100 savings caps on their Cyber Monday discounts.
If we predict a 10% discount, the extra savings would be $49. If we predict a 15% discount with $100 cap, the extra savings would be $70.
If this saw is somehow excluded from that promo and other retailers’ potential promos, you lose $30 of potential savings by passing on this deal.
So, you’re risking $30 for $49 to $70 – if not more.
Even if the promo is capped at $50, it might still be worth waiting. And if this model is excluded, you can wait until after the holiday season and you can build up your budget again.
