The impact wrench deal looks to be an incredible bargain to me. This kit, 2854-21HO, comes with the M18 Fuel 3/8″ brushless impact wrench, delivering 250 ft-lbs of fastening and nut-busting torque, and an HO 3Ah battery.
This impact kit looks to be a new holiday season promo, with a higher but still discounted price at other dealers ($179 vs $159). The tool-only sells for $219-229 by itself right now.

You get an LED penlight (2105) that typically retails for $20, plus a headlamp (2103) that typically retails by itself for… $35? And the combined price is $25? Sweet.

The Milwaukee M12 Fuel OMT is a decent performer – it’s quick, compact, and powerful for its size/class. It typically sells for $159 as a tool-only, and here it’s bundled in a kit with a 2.5Ah battery, charger, and soft case.
Milwaukee M18 FUEL 10″ Pole Saw Kit with QUIK-LOK – $379
The pole saw sells for $349 by itself at Home Depot, although it’s also bundled with a spare chain for $298 at Home Depot. The kit looks to be $449 right now at authorized dealers. $379 seems like a good price for the power handle, pole saw attachment, HO XC 8Ah battery, and a charger.

This combo kit, 2953-22MT, comes with the M18 Fuel oscillating multi-tool, plus the M18 Fuel impact driver, 2x CP 2Ah batteries, a standard multi-volt charger, and a tool bag.

The ⅜” impact kit was sold earlier this year this year at HD. Was slow seller at $249, and finally sold when they dropped to $125 on clearance.

The compact m18 models were disappointing to say the least. I bought the 3/8″. Just not impressed, mainly because I already had the m12 2554 impact gun which is a much better gun in all aspects save for a better light.

That M12 Fuel OMT is not just a decent performer, it is an excellent performer…really beats out the non-fuel M18 version, impressive. The 2.5 HO doesn’t really add much for it compared to the XC batteries. One of the few M12 tools that might make sense to purchase over an M18 equivalent for many people.

I also reach for the M12 Fuel over the M18 Fuel, as it’s lighter and more convenient for quick cutting tasks.

Over the years I’ve shopped at Acme much more for my own buying – but ToolUp sometimes had better deals on some brands like Ridgid plumbing tools and Greenlee items

The pen & headlamp combo is all in one clam packaging. Prolly a holiday promo item. Could really use the set for my Go bag, but don’t need anything else and ain’t paying for shipping. 2103PEN is the model# to find it, HD and pretty much everywhere has it for the $49.
