I’m really liking Milwaukee’s parts organizer, and not just one or two aspects – it’s pretty darned awesome from top to bottom.
If I had to pick my favorite feature, it would be how the internal compartment is divided, even though all of the bins are removable. Because of this, you can keep a bunch of tools in the small compartment and bins in the larger compartment, or vice versa.

The bins are sturdy, which I find surprising given how this is Milwaukee’s first foray into a tool storage product of this kind. They got it right on the first try. Maybe this is more a credit to Milwaukee’s OEM? Either way, the organizers are study, and so are the bins.
Not only are the bins removable, you can temporarily mount them to a rail or even just 2 protruding screw heads. There are “no-travel” bin seals that keep bin contents where you want them, and the top lid has a weather seal. The latches are heavy duty, and are easy to toggle back and forth.
I very highly recommend the Milwaukee parts organizer, and find myself wishing that they also made a shallower one.
The price on these dropped recently, from $25 to $20. I’ve been checking my local Home Depot, where these appeared to have been sold out for a couple of weeks, but they’re now back in stock and in decent numbers.

I recently purchased a few of these for my M12 tools and they fit great, even the jigsaw. I don’t have any of the SDS stuff or the circ, but everything else fits well. They are very heavy duty.
A deeper one that fits an m18 circ/or sawzall would be great. A thinner version would also be appreciated. All with the stacking locks please. A Milwaukee version of Tanos would be great.

How many tools can you fit in one? How many do you put? What about the charger?
If you can fit a couple drills and a charger in one, I’d probably prefer this to those rectangular soft cases they give you with many kits. However, I use the “contractor bag” that came with my drill/impact combo purchase (for $99 w/ free battery). One I had that bag, it sealed the deal because it holds nearly all my tools (about 8 of them, but vacuum is not kept in it).
Actually, that reminds me: I need a storage solution for my m12 vacuum and my biscuit joiner. Both of these tools are exceptionally long (19″ each??) and I’d love a hard case to hold them, but a soft case would probably be fine. It just seems excessive to get a 20″+ bag or whatever because in addition to the increased width, they’re bigger all around. I’d like something that has a more custom fit.

You can easily fit two m12 tools, charger and a spare battery. I’ve seen a setup where the guy had an m12 sawzall an m12 angle drill and used one of the longer bins for spare sawzall blades. There is one permanent* dividers that keeps the angle drill from banging into the sawzall.

The Milwaukee Bucket toolbox should hold the vac and some longer items. Do it Milwaukee, make these organizers in 4 or 5 heights. Give us an American version of Festool Tanos.

The Stanley ones also cannot stack together.
This one vs. the Dewalt Deep Pro Oranganizer (https://14cyiuhvcgv.com/stanley-fatmax-dewalt-deep-pro-organizers/%3C/a%3E%29, and I think the Milwaukee is still better.
I am eager to see how the Dewalt ToughSystem organizer compares (https://14cyiuhvcgv.com/dewalt-tough-system-organizer/%3C/a%3E%29, but it’s double the price.

Looking at toolguyd for the first time today, trying to get a sneak peak at what m18 stuff could be coming out in 2016, my rep hinted at a 6.0 battery and m18 nailgun! Anyways, I bought a couple of these, and as good as they were, I surprisingly LOVE this Husky model: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-22-in-Cantilever-Plastic-Organizer-with-Metal-Latches-189746/202021301 for my job. We install fence and the Husky held a lot of my larger Galvi bolts and random odds and ends that were awkward trying to fit in the Milwaukee so I returned them. However, got the new 4′-7′ adjustable tripod light yesterday from my rep for $250 and used it for the first time, it is AMAZING. Can’t speak highly enough about it.

These are awesome cases. With screw prices approaching five bucks a pound and boxes getting cheaper this protects your investment. I have one for nails and one for screws. They do get heavy when filled!

It looks like Home Depot may be dropping these. They disappeared from the website over the past few days. Hopefully I’m wrong on this as they are one of the best values in parts storage.
