The Ryobi Airstrike 18 gauge brad nailer is on deal of the day in two different packages. One with battery/charger and the other with battery/charger and drill.

I took quick peek, and there are 17 air tool deals in total. Some look like good buys, others look like great deals.
The Ryobi AirStrike brad nailer (preview post here) kit looks to be a good deal. You get a battery and charger, for $20 more than just the bare tool.

My favorite deal is the IR 429 Gal. reciprocating saw. 429 gallons is about 57 cubic feet – so that’s a pretty big saw. I’m not sure how that typo came about – but it looks like a decent compact air saw for autobody work.

I got my ryobi 18ga nailer on craigslist for $80! With a charger and battery. Its been a great nailer and i LOVE not needing a compressor.

With most time-sensitive deals, I strive to get the post up by 11am ET so that it’s included in that day’s daily email. That was not possible with this post, but it is with at least 9/10 “deal of the day” type deal posts.
But in your case, you got the email today because you only signed up for “Weekly Automatic Updates.” Even if the post went up before 11am and an email went out that day, you still wouldn’t have gotten it until today with the weekly automatic newsletter.
At the bottom of every automatic email we send out, there’s a link “Update Subscription Preferences.”
Click the link. Look for the box that says “Daily Automatic Updates.” Check the box and then “Update Your Profile.”
