    Nice vid THANKS.

    Is it my imagination or does it cut MUCH faster when using the clamp. Was that first cut already started? Looks like it just zipped right through it.

    I also wonder if they will eventually make the clamp adjustment “toolless” like changing the blade.

    I guess if this design sells really well, they might come out with a quick adjust clamp.

    I’m not entirely sure – the difference in speed was not really repeatable. Stabilizing the saw on the small stock was easier with the clamp on.

    A tool-less clamp adjustment would probably be of much greater complexity, driving up the cost. Maybe they’ll find a way to put an out of the way thumbscrew in version 2, if there is one.
