michael tascarini
looks like good tool for around the home projects
Andrew
misc home projects! No whammies!
jb
Definitely looks like the perfect tool for gaining access to the shower plumbing.
Erik
Looks like it would be real slick for cutting holes to install handy boxes in wooden walls!
Anthony
this baby looks like it would be very useful..i like the multi purpose function of it…hell, i could use it right now for the intricate door i’m sanding
Ron
Probably use it for a tile-cutting project. I hate tile jobs. This could make them easier.
David rodriguez
This would go perfect in my new woodworking garage setup.
Chuck Forster
I’d use the tool for routing jobs on walls or ceilings. Compared to a full-sized router, it appears to afford more control in those situations.
Eric Rasmussen
This would be great for some woodworking projects I am working on.
Bob
I would use it to replace the two handle tub faucet in my mother’s bathroom with a single handle valve. Need to cut out tile for access.
Kevin
looks like a great little tool for plunge and finish cuts. I would use it for cutting holes in wainscoting for outlets, or tile cuts around an immovable cast iron radiator.
Steve W
I would use it to build a toy box for my daughter, plunge cut for ceiling fans and electrical outlets, and route hinge mortises.
Wesley
This would be a great accessory for some woodworking projects I’ve been wanting to start up.
Jack Rybak
I have a tile job coming up that I think this would be perfect for..well maybe..
Pete
I’m in on the tile cutting. I have two bathrooms to tile, and I’m not looking forward to doing the detail cuts with a pair of knippers.
Also, it looks like the trio would be perfect for routing out the back of moulding to frame out the bathroom mirror.
rob
I could finally cut my way out of that dang cardboard box I keep getting stuck in! Then I could use the router function and make a nice little edge on my box so it looks “pretty.” After that maybe I could cut a hole in the top of the box and make a nice little skylight (note to self…remember to cover the hole so it doesn’t leak). Now if only I could figure out how to get power to the toool so I could do those cuts….
Seriously, this is a cool tool…just some of the mixed reviews on Amazon have made me think twice about purchasing it.
Tristan
This would be a great gift for my dad who does some woodworking.
patrick westfall
i have quite a few projects right around the corner this would definetly help with including building and installing new kitchen and bathroom cabinets and putting up several ceiling fans.
Peter
I’d probably use it to route a nice edge on my little boy’s toybox!
Jaquandor
This would be useful for me when making small cuts in some materials that I often need to cut at work, such as thinner wood stock or tile. I’m also intrigued by the routing capability — I still need to get a full-sized router, but I occasionally have to do small bits of laminate trimming, and this might do that job nicely. (Plus, the thing looks kinda cool!)
Bill Fellner
I would use the trio for our Halloween project and also for the “improvement” projects to my 4 yr old son’s toys. It would come in very handy for a few modifications to his drivable toy John Deere Gator. It has already been modified with a horn, radio w/ iPod dock, backup warning beeper, and engine noise. We are now trying to add working headlights/taillights. The Trio would certainly help!
PauleyD
This would be perfect for me as I am in the middle of remodeling our bathroom.
Rob
I don’t own a router yet so this tool could serve as both for me. Multi-tasker! The first thing I would do with it is create trim for the bookcase I’m building.
Joe Ledington
I would use it to do some craft work, and routing, it looks like it would do a good job at doing some detail routing.
Joe
Ben Anderson
I could really use this for my many wood projects-cut and router -then use my many gouges.
Tim
I’d use this for all kinds of projects. I’m currently working on a marble run and this would be very useful!
Matt
I was playing around with one of these in the store and it would be a great Christmas present for me or anyone else here!
Matt
Forgot to mention…I would first use it on the swing that I’ve been building! Will help to do some of the more precise cuts.
Jennifer
This would come in handy when doing our upstairs. We bought a new house in July and are remodeling it. We have plans to relocate the upstairs half bath and turn it into a full one.
Troy
I would use this all the time. I am a fix-it sort of guy and build custom cars as my main hobby. I would use this all the time for drilling and cutting aluminum and thin metal for panels in dashboards, inner door rockers, and cutting holes for speakers in door panels. I would also use it on wood when I build speaker boxes. I think it is awesome to have a tool that I can drill with and cut out patterns. Especially because of the handle on this. On vehicles, there are all kinds of tight spaces, where a fixed handle makes the tool unusable. This handle articulates! If the handle gets in the way, you may be able to change the position and still use the tool, totally cool! The other really appealing thing about this tool is it appears to be a shorter, smaller, and lighter tool than my jigsaw. I can’t tell you how much I dislike the long distance between the top handle on my jigsaw and my work. This looks like it will put your hand much closer to the work, which will make this much more responsive when you need to turn in the middle of a cut. I can assure you this baby would be a great addition to my toolbox and it would see serious duty. Thanks to Dremel for providing this cool tool for the giveaway.
Bill Webb
I could use it in my upcoming store remodel.
David Mulholland
I would use the Dremel Trio to help trim out my home office.

It would be great for cutting a lamp table top, sanding the top and routing the edge. All with one tool!
Tony Wilson
I’m in the middle of installing wainscoting, this little tool would be perfect for cut-outs, trimming, etc.
scott grandstaff
I’m not sure how to enter the drawing?
yours Scott

To enter, just give an example of how’d you would use the tool. There are a few examples here for inspiration.
David Martinez
I would love to have the Dremel TRIO in my toolbox. I would use it to do so many things while I remodel my basement. I would use it to cut out electrical and data line outlets in drywall, cut tile in the bathroom and to help me plunge cut and outline the counter-top for the sink.
Paul
I have a few christmas gifts in mind that this would be perfect for – i really should invest in a scroll saw, but this would do nicely!
Brian Scheufele
This tool looks to be handy for quite a few of my home projects. I am refinishing old doors (1880’s) and I’m sure the Dremel will strip old paint and polish the original door hardware. I will teach my 10 year old to use it safely and with supervision to help him create a Cub Scout Pinewood Derby race car. I need to trim and install some push-up ceiling tiles, the Dremel would be a GREAT tool to route the edges. What a great tool!
Deborah
I’m sure it would come in handy for our home remodel project. Hubby would be thrilled.
Vincent Gruenbacher
My wife and I are remodeling our home a little at a time. This fantastic tool can make it go a lot faster and smoother.
Schmidty
I’d love to own it. Thanks for the entry!
Rawle
I’d let my wife use it since she’s usually hesitant about other more powerful power tools…there’s lots around the house she’d like to do. this would be perfect for her.
Some Lucky Dog
I’d use this to build a climbing tower for my 2 indoor cats…and so much more! What a versatile little tool!

James Barrentine
I do some wood carving and my son is starting to build small pieces of furniture. We have got to have one of these ! Just watching the commercial gave me ideas for new projects. Dremel, you’ve done it again !
Abi
I have an entire folder of home decorations and project. I usually send pictures and description to my brother-in-law begging him to come and cut/fix/do whatever needs done. With the dremel trip I’d be able to leave him alone. He’d love that!
J. P. Fisher
Cutouts in drywall and cutting mused plastic sheets
Bill
Would love to own one.
Rebecca M
Leaky roof = drywall problems. Got a feeling this Dremel might be just the tool to help w/the job. I think I’d love it for just about any project I might want to tackle.
katie g
i would cut out the front of my buffet table so it can be a tv stand
Eddie
I have a lot of uses for a tool like that. I do a lot of wood work and the router would be perfect for trim on the toy boxes I’m building for my nephews. And it’s always good to have a multi tool backup instead of lugging out the tool bag.
Renee Thomas
great to add a custom look to my old kitchen cabinets
Brenda Johnson
Our plans for the future include a kitchen makeover which means new cabinets. The Dremel Trio would be the ideal tool to give our new cabinets a unique and possibly an ornate look.
PB
I would use this to make holes in the ceiling of my family room for new can lights. This tool would make it so much easier and quicker. Great tool.
David Bower
I have a developing shower tile grout ‘issue’ that will need addressing. I am also a table top miniatures games hobbyist and have been looking for a tool for various hobby projects that will need cutting and routing of plywood, door skin, mdf and hdf. When I saw this tool I was very interested in getting one!
Don Lipa
I would give it to my father as a gift, he is trimming out all the wood work in our hunting cabin and does a bunch of intricate cuts.
Jason B
This is definitely tool that could go into a toolbox of any DIYer. The versatility makes it useful in a lot of different situations. I also like the multiposition of the handle. I could use it finishing the walls in the garage, routing for cabinets or shelves, or just fixer up situations in the home. Regardless of who gets one of these, I’m sure it’ll used to it’s multiple abilities.
jeremy follmer
My oldest son and I built his pinewood derby car with a few hand saws. With my yongest son, thought this might help us build another winning car!!!
Pat S
Would bea great help on a bathroom project.
Lisa G.
This is a perfect gift for my husband! Just what he needs to work on our media room!
Donna Thomas
I owned an older Dremel & passed it on to a friend that had just moved and needed to “tweek” the new house to her liking. I personally have used the tool on plumbing, electrical, and woodcarving projects. Yes, it is that versatile! I would recommend that all the Dremel products be included in his or her’s toolchest this holiday season and any other time of the year.
Ken Lundquist
I WOULD USE THIS PRODUCT FOR EVERYTHING IT SAYS IT DOES
I WORK CONSTRUCTION AND THIS TOOL WOULD BE VERY USEFULL
FOR WHAT ALL I DO. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO USE AND HAVE THIS PRODUCT FOR SURE.
Jeremy Teaford
I need it to install a Dog Door in my new garage.
It would be the perfect tool for the job, and it would keep the dog warm this winter. Give the tool to me and help a poor, cold dog!
🙂

Stephanie Carsten
My husband and I recently had the opportunity to buy our dream house… and it is a fixer upper! We have so much work to do… from walls to floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen… you name it… we have to do it. We both could really use this tool!
Superautobacs
I’d like to use this to aid me with cutting curvatures on wood–for my next wooden bench project. And the thought of being able to route makes me want to make a custom wooden drill bit holder/organizer for all the loose bits that I have.
BILL FIEGEN
I would use it for projects around the shop and the house.
Looks like it would be a handy tool for old farts like me.
Ryan Fall
I run an RV park and an apartment complex… this tool looks like it would be a very handy do-all kind of item to have handy for any number of wild and usual repairs I am always being called out to do. It is amazing what tenants manage to do to a place….
Bill
looks like a great tool for allowing a Cub Scouts design to be applied to the Cub Scout Pinewood Derby block of wood by his Dad and then the Scout could add his paint job …
Amanda
My husband and I recently bought a new home, that needs tons of repairs and remolding. Since we can’t afford to hire people to do this work for us, we will be doing it all our selves. My husband loves to do things like this, but do to a recent work accident in which he lost his left leg, he needs all the help he can get. I think that this tool would help him tremendously since it is small and light weight. He would also be able to get down in to places with this tool, where he may have trouble using the bigger tools that he has right now.
Thanks so much Amanda! 🙂

As a handyman and a machinest I have used the best of tools to work with. I am retired and helping other Sr’s in their homes to fix small items that they need fixing. I looked at you Demeral Trio in action and think it will replace many of the tools I have to carry around. I like the carrying case and the easyness in handling of the tool. It would be nice if I get one from you because beenng on a small retirement pension and not having one. I would buy one if I had the money.
donnia wright
I love fixing up around my house and these tools sure make the jobs easy.
