Walmart doesn’t really focus on tools for Black Friday or the holiday shopping season, but there look to be a couple of notable tool deals.

Hart tools are generally aimed at convenience shoppers and beginners, but I won’t judge your interest in them – tools are tools.

Prices are accurate as of the time of this posting, and we’ll check this post for accuracy as we update it with new deals.

That Hart 3 in 1 shampoo vacuum is a Vacmaster cousin… Looks like a good extractor for a low price.

The Hart 6gal vac is actually a wet/dry. I don’t know if I heard of the deal from one of the commenters on this site or from YouTube but I wanted a cheap outdoor shop vac that I could leave under my shed and vacuum up ashes from my pellet grill. $29 seemed too good to be true. Normally these deals aren’t available in Hawaii. I ordered it and it will arrive next week. Before I checked out I noticed that it was trying to charge me some $5 something fee (I didn’t see a minimum listed for free shipping) so I added some bags for the vac. Total out the door was like $46 with tax. The bags arrived today and the vac should be here on Tuesday. I went to look at the vac in the store and they are selling it here for $89 so this is gonna be a great deal for me if this turned out to be halfway decent.

I grabbed one of those last week at the $29 price and I’m impressed with it for that price.

What Stuart refers to as “Metabo HPT 18V Drill Kit – $99” – this is actually a VERY GOOD deal at this price. It’s a BRUSHLESS MULTI-VOLT high torque drill, with two smallest 18V batteries. But later on you’ll be able to use 36V batteries, if need would arise.

What, no link on this page to Thor’s hammer? I wish I had $100 just to blow on dumb stuff as that would be an awesome “around the house” general hang a picture, tighten a door knob kit just for the conversation value when I show up in the kids’ room with it to tighten a loose screw on their doll house

Another interesting thing is there’s a countdown timer near the top of the page that says Black Friday ends in 15 hours and 34 minutes (midnight tonight) yet Black Friday is still almost two weeks away.

I am philosophically opposed to that tool set. $100 can get you more or better tools and a better toy Mjolnir hammer.

Yes, but can you beat the price at that storied toolmonger, Gamestop? Only $60!

That’s a different set with fewer pieces.

Amazon has similar 28pc set with flashlight – https://www.amazon.com/Marvel-Mighty-Hammer-Flashlight-Electronics/dp/B07XTQ1FHG/?tag=toolguyd-20

Wish I could get just the hammer and case for like $20 on eBay and then fill it with actual good tools.

Still think it would be awesome when your non-technically inclined, marvel loving buddy asks you to fix their leaking faucet and you show up with this.

Agreed – it’s not bad; I’ve seen so many “wow, what a great Black Friday deal” mentions in mass media that I developed an almost automatic “I can do better for the money!!” reflex.

The best deal at Walmart is the 36” Hypertough Prybar. The version I have bought are MIA and seem to be the same ones that Sears carried. Currently showing a price of $12.74
